This morning, I audited a Melbourne-Based Taxi Service… 
and they are losing 100+ calls every month! 😱

Here’s what I found (and how it’s hurting them 👇)

1️⃣ Wrong Category Setup
Only 1 category, but competitors use 3 – 4.
➡ Result: Fewer keywords → fewer rides booked.

2️⃣ Weak Business Description
Low-quality content + missing keywords.
