Recently, someone asked me what sets me apart from other coaches. My answer is that I am first and foremost a human being, just like you. I have gone through the same struggles and continue to work on myself every day. I do not claim to have all the answers, nor do I believe that I have figured everything out.
However, I am committed to making progress and making a difference in people's lives. Through my journey, I have gained knowledge, credentials, and experience that have given me a comprehensive perspective. My approach to coaching is unique because it addresses all aspects of my clients' lives. I believe that at any moment, we have the opportunity to change our lives, bodies, and minds.

While credentials are important, I believe that the most crucial "credential" when working with clients is the connection. I strive to establish meaningful connections with all my clients, and I am delighted when they feel supported and connected to me. That is where the real magic happens.

Nicholas is a highly experienced and fully qualified hotelier with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has held senior management positions with Aphrodite Hills Resort for the past 14 years, managing an enterprise of over €25M. He is recognized as a business leader with a wealth of insight into business turnarounds and growth.
Nicholas has a proven record of accomplishment in managing all aspects of a hotel and resort's operation, focusing on business turnarounds, revenue generation, profit protection, and operational standards to achieve desired profitability returns on investment. He is comfortable and enthusiastic about leading new corporate ideas and integrating separate business elements and team members to achieve desired results. He leads by example and is a team player, motivating colleagues to generate growth in confidence and nurture their commitment. As General Manager my responsibilities are to coordinate the efforts of the Hotel, Village Square Restaurants and the Retreat Spa. This mainly reflects on preparing the relevant budgets, monitoring P&L thus achieving GOP and achieving customer satisfaction. Other duties also involve collaborating with the Resort elements mangers on a daily basis to ensure a smooth operation on the Resort.

Here’s what’s actually happening:

Your nervous system sees her dysregulation as a threat. So you try to fix it to make YOUR nervous system feel safe again.

But that’s about you. Not her.

What she actually needs:

Presence. Not solutions.

“That sounds really hard.”
“I’m here.”
“Tell me more.”

That’s it.

She can hold her own emotions. She just needs to know she’s not alone while she does.

Stop fixing. Start being present.

That’s the shift.

Because then they'll ask questions.

And you'll have to admit:

"I'm not okay. I haven't been okay for a long time."

So you smile.

You say "I'm good."

You perform "normal."

And you go home and collapse.

The performance is exhausting.

Pretending you're fine when you're falling apart.

Acting strong when you're breaking.

Smiling when you're screaming inside.

How long can you keep this up?

Your body knows the truth.

Even if no one else does.

You're not fine.

And pretending is killing you.
