I have gone through the same struggles and continue to work on myself every day. I do not claim to have all the answers, nor do I believe that I have figured everything out.
However, I am committed to making progress and making a difference in people's lives. Through my journey, I have gained knowledge, credentials, and experience that have given me a comprehensive perspective. My approach to coaching is unique because it addresses all aspects of my clients' lives. I believe that at any moment, we have the opportunity to change our lives, bodies, and minds.

As the director overseeing the development and marketing teams, I led the complete renovation of Kynd 01 Hotel Boutique Cabanas at GAIA in Ras El Hekmah, situated on the Mediterranean North Coast of Egypt. Our mission was to create an extraordinary experience that transcended the ordinary. The hotel boasts 40 luxury cabanas overlooking a pristine sandy beach with crystal-clear water. Guests can escape into infinite leisure while enjoying room service and housekeeping. Our dining outlets cater to diverse tastes, including the Beachfront by Bar Du Port, an international restaurant and event destination accompanied by a beach bar. Beyond Kynd 01, my responsibilities extended to maintaining upscale standards at mega gated communities such as Katameya Hill and Residence, GAIA, and Amwaj on the North Coast. I trained staff to deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners and their guests. As part of my role, I oversaw daily operations at villas and clubhouses, including food and beverage services and recreational activities. Additionally, I implemented high-end maintenance services for homeowners, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Market trends were closely monitored, and I collaborated with the marketing team to set future goals for our hospitality division. Compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations was paramount. Financial targets were met, and profitability for shareholders was achieved. Onboard inventory management and meeting the F&B budgets of the Main Restaurant, three Club Houses, Beach Restaurants & Bars, MICE, Private Club for Weddings & Events, and 1,600 Villa Delivery and Private Catering estimated at $ 1.2/annum. Process financial transactions and manage the business officer to ensure ongoing development of overall hospitality aspects within AZHA Gated Community, Ain Sokhna. Acting as Owner’s Representative: positively promoting the property and develop new business channels to push sales revenue from $2.6/yr. to $3.8 million by end 2022. Successfully re-positioned the property performance to #15 on TripAdvisor, 8.4 on Booking.com, and 4.4 on google.com, with an increasing Guest Satisfaction Reviews related to Services, Rooms, and F&B.

Managing operations and maximizing the profitability of 84 luxury rooms including servicing 1,040 mixed-units [Luxury apartments and villas] – Hotel Serviced apartments. 
Developing and implementing strategies to ensure the satisfaction of all guests and villa tenants.
Administering annual operating and capital budget to ensure profitability.
Promoting and marketing the business by representing the hotel in the market place and developed relationships with key accounts.
Ensuring every department head was aware of operational goals and provided with the necessary tools.
Implementing a PM plan to elevate guest's perception and value for the hotel.

Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saqr Al Qasimi valued at AED 650M with multiple restaurants, bars, cafes, banquet halls, and outside services including beach club, water sports, soccer field, and catering services.  Drive accountability for quality service from the top down with the oversight of a strong leadership team who deliver the requirements needed to meet organizational goals.

Achievements:
◆ Reduced Costs  – Succeeded in meeting the challenge to reduce operational costs with a full property and equipment renovation within 7 months instead of 9 that saved 28% from expected budget CAPEX with AED 550,000 in 2017. Reduced fixed spending by 10% and variable overhead spending by 20% with improved resource allocation and other savings.
◆ Slashed Losses – Identified areas of opportunity to significantly reduce losses and reposition the properties for growth from a loss of AED 1.2M to a profit of over AED 2M within 10 months. The profitability trend has continued to a current AED 2.5M.
◆ Revenue Growth – Enhanced room, food and beverage revenues by 30% over the previous year with improved program management and cost-saving initiatives. Introduced new revenue sourcing with the introduction of outside catering that services private, airline, and government events.

Leadership of 13-month contract for pre-opening for Al Rayyan Hotel (Curio Collection by Hilton at Mall of Qatar) valued at $150M that required review and confirmation of budget, branding, and marketing, and development of revenue generating strategies. General Manager Hospitality Operations Elegancia Hospitality & Facility Management Services, stationed in Qatar. Established March 2015 to provide 5*+ hospitality and facility management services to Royal Palaces. Business has since diversified to providing services to Hotels and Resorts, shopping malls, hospitals, corporate offices and airports. Strong reputation for quality hospitality services and hotel management support Work force has increased from 400 in 2015 to over 2500 in 2016. Revenue for Y/E 2015: QAR 260 million of which 80% was generated from Palaces hospitality. 
Achievements:
◆ Reduced Expenses – Significantly reduced operating expenses that led to 13% GOP improvement with development of first-year operating budget, sales and marketing initiatives, food and beverage recommendations, plus hotel and mall expenses.
◆ Project Plan – Achieved successful project completion for 13-month contract with sign off on final handover.

◆ Reduced Loss – Significantly improved Oasis Mall’s annual operating loss by 200% that also resulted in the improvement of morale and service. Achieved the lowest shrink at 12%, increased sales by 30% and opened new retail to meet goals by 17%.
◆ Marketing Campaigns – Boosted food chain anchor brands locally and internationally with the development of integrated marketing campaigns that enhanced branding awareness.

Achievements:
◆ Revenue Growth – Succeeded in the increase in gross revenues of 36% from $8.6M in 2009 to $11.7M in 2010. 
◆ Maximized revenue growth with the introduction of compelling marketing and advertising initiatives with trade and travel magazines, newspapers, local and international media. 
◆ Occupancy Growth – Redirected marketing from one-night Nile Cross stopover to global back-to-back charter travelers, corporate and MICE business that increased occupancy from 56% to 89%.
