Delivered DEI consultancy for Essex Police, working with them to ensure their recruitment process was inclusive to all. Helped diversify their website and delivered consultancy on their internal interviews. Sat in interviews to make sure all steps were inclusive and non-bias.
Reviewed bodycam footage to ensure that all officers act with non-bias.
Delivered consultancy work for START Thurrock initiative that was funded by the Arts Council. Sat on the board and was consulted on their recruitment and candidate selection process. Continually sat on the board for all decision making.

Ignition Random Acts

Producer for the short film SPACES, In an ambiguous motel room, a couple’s journey is shown across a non-linear timeline. Spaces is an unconventional short film by Emma Kayani.

The film was funded by Screen South Ignition Random Acts. The film is touring the UK with the play back festival. 
Spaces was selected and won a Bronze Award for best experimental short at the Independent Short Awards. This means that we also qualify to compete and be screened at the ISA annual event in North Hollywood, California in February 2019.
