¡Talento, educación y AI coding!

Rodrigo Osorio arrancó con los conceptos base:
- Agent Mode vs Plan Mode.
- Cómo pensar con Cursor, no solo usarlo.

Luego hicimos algo simple pero explicativo (y divertido):
construimos un Snake en vivo. 🐍

Desde cero.
Iterando con IA.
Viendo cómo se estructura, busca inspiración, cómo se corrige y cómo se prueba en tiempo real.

Después entramos a lo más cool:
MCPs, Skills, debugging real y cómo diseñar tu propio “second brain” de desarrollo.

No fue solo demo.
Fue demostración con interacción constante.

Muchas preguntas.
Gente levantando la mano.
Otros probando cosas desde su laptop mientras Rodrigo construía. 🔥

Gracias a Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola por abrir el espacio.

Full house en el hacker space de Sundai Latam en Lima 🤖🔥

Más de 50 builders construyendo agentes con LangChain, LangGraph y Human in the Loop.

- Un domingo de verano. 
- Nadie fue por premios.
- Fueron para crear.

Ver esto me recordó el porque hago comunidad.

A mí me hace profundamente feliz crear espacios donde la gente construye de verdad. 🤩
Donde se reúne talento top y las conversaciones pasan de “qué tool usas” a arquitectura real, orquestación, memoria y límites en producción.

Arrancamos con la presentación por Hisao Higuchi Cedrón 
Luego, fundamentos por Phi Lab (Eduardo Baena) & Gabe Montague directo desde Sundai (📍Boston)
Luego formamos equipos con una temática de clown dirigida por David Osorio.
Y fueron 8 grupos los que crearon prototipos funcionales en un solo día.

- Agentes pensados para decisiones reales.
- Sistemas multi-agente.
- Human in the Loop cuando importa.
- Potencial y enfoque de innovación

Lo más potente no fueron solo las demos.
Fue también, el nivel de las discusiones técnicas entre equipos.
Y sobre todo, el compañerismo y nuevas amistades que quedan. 💪

Tener un hacker club en Perú es un privilegio.
Y también una responsabilidad.

Hace tiempo vengo con una idea dando vueltas en la cabeza:
los builders necesitamos un lugar 👀

No un evento ocasional.
No un grupo que aparece y desaparece.
Un lugar constante, donde crear sea lo normal.

Esa idea nació construyendo solo.
Lanzando cosas.
Viendo talento aparecer… y luego diluirse por falta de espacios donde quedarse.

Por eso, desde mi ciudad, #Arequipa, tomé una decisión concreta:
convertir mi casa en una hacker house ocasional.

- Una mesa.
- Laptops abiertas.
- Ideas crudas.
- Amigos construyendo sin pedir permiso.

Y por eso mismo me dio muchísimo gusto cuando apareció Sundai Latam 🤗

Para contexto: Sundai es un Hack Club nacido en #Boston donde la regla es simple — vienes a hacer, no a escuchar.
Ritmo semanal. Construcción real. Comunidad de builders.

Que hoy exista en #LATAM, y que esté pasando desde #Lima, no es menor.

Me llena de orgullo asumir el rol de Head of Builders. 🖤
Porque va exactamente en la línea de lo que vengo buscando construir:
un nodo constante, intensivo y cercano, donde crear acompañado sea lo normal.

Y la calidad es la mejor.

El domingo pasado, en Sundai (📍Boston), se creó ZeroClaw:
una alternativa ultraligera a OpenClaw escrita en Rust (Shout-out a Argenis De La Rosa por el logro!) que en días ya superó las 9.5k estrellas y 900 forks. 

Eso pasa cuando juntas a la gente correcta y le das espacio. 🔥

Nada de esto sería posible sin Gabriela, que con mucho cariño decidió traer este modelo a la región, conectándolo con una empresa global como NTT DATA Europe & Latam y apostando por que todo esto pase desde #Perú.
