Led and executed integrated communication plans for one prescription to over-the-counter brand switch (Intranasal steroid) which included print and digital campaigns: sales aid and branded collaterals, national/customized pharmacy kit, conventions, websites and email development; Lead manager on a separate AOR digital business for all project streams: site updates, eDetails, micro-sites, ePocrates DocAlerts and promotional media campaigns; also included, overseeing platform migration.

Evoke Health

Managed and led pre-launch branded/unbranded planning and site launch implementation strategy for a new respiratory drug; conducted competitive monitoring with partner media agency to inform strategy and year-end planning. Additionally, managed and oversaw day-to-day tactical, on-going strategic business needs for assigned clients. Developed Point of View documents to present industry standards and recommendations for potential projects of client interest.

Senior Account Supervisor (Digital)

Oversaw day-to-day operations and strategic alignment of three key project streams for a physician-facing portal servicing over 100 products under brand portfolio. Managed development and launch of clients’ sales force training and promotion efforts, e-training programs that served as educational resources for physicians/nurses. Optimized end-to-end process for content uploads on the portal in strict accordance with Pfizer’s policies and guidelines involving multiple stakeholders.

Senior Account Manager (Digital)

Managed and collaborated with partner agencies for the re-launch of a global consumer and professional TV campaign. Responsible for creating business proposals, creative briefs, stakeholder questionnaires and contact reports. Collaborated with the project management team to facilitate internal project meetings and executions, monitor project finances and ensure client objectives are met for every deliverable

Neelam Tewar

Satish Krishnamurthy brings 25 years of global strategic experience in India and the USA, working across various disciplines – Brand Strategy, Design Thinking, and Creative Problem Solving.

He currently runs Bravo & Company, a Strategy and Design practice. He believes that new ideas can emerge when you notice underlying patterns shaping any challenge. Bravo uses this way of seeing to guide brands toward their next breakthrough.

In the past, he was Chief Strategy Officer, India, at Interbrand and at TBWA. Earlier, he was Head of Strategy at Sideways Consulting, where he built the entire strategy discipline ground up. 

He was a foundational team member at the Chairman’s Office in RIL, to define the brand strategy for Jio. Previously, at FinalMile, the behaviour architecture firm, he played a key role in reducing railway trespassing deaths in Mumbai.

Famously known now as the “Wadala Experiment” (Google it), he and the team demonstrated the power of non-conscious design in driving desired behaviour. 

Satish is a huge proponent of multi-disciplinary thinking. He has crafted diverse problem-solving techniques by taking inspiration from Gamification, Design Thinking, Ethnography, and Behaviour Science. 

He has worked closely with leadership teams to lead strategic mandates for over 120 companies, such as Coca-Cola, Google, Flipkart, Truecaller, Pidilite, Birla Opus Paints, Kia Motors, Big Bazaar, Disney India, and Cure.fit, Urban Company, Citibank, Niyo Cards, ICICI Bank, and P&G. 

He has impacted successful outcomes across Brand Positioning, Consumer Strategy, Service Design, Product Design, and Brand Architecture.
