Led and executed integrated communication plans for one prescription to over-the-counter brand switch (Intranasal steroid) which included print and digital campaigns: sales aid and branded collaterals, national/customized pharmacy kit, conventions, websites and email development; Lead manager on a separate AOR digital business for all project streams: site updates, eDetails, micro-sites, ePocrates DocAlerts and promotional media campaigns; also included, overseeing platform migration.

Managed and led pre-launch branded/unbranded planning and site launch implementation strategy for a new respiratory drug; conducted competitive monitoring with partner media agency to inform strategy and year-end planning. Additionally, managed and oversaw day-to-day tactical, on-going strategic business needs for assigned clients. Developed Point of View documents to present industry standards and recommendations for potential projects of client interest.

Oversaw day-to-day operations and strategic alignment of three key project streams for a physician-facing portal servicing over 100 products under brand portfolio. Managed development and launch of clients’ sales force training and promotion efforts, e-training programs that served as educational resources for physicians/nurses. Optimized end-to-end process for content uploads on the portal in strict accordance with Pfizer’s policies and guidelines involving multiple stakeholders.

Senior Account Manager (Digital)

Managed and collaborated with partner agencies for the re-launch of a global consumer and professional TV campaign. Responsible for creating business proposals, creative briefs, stakeholder questionnaires and contact reports. Collaborated with the project management team to facilitate internal project meetings and executions, monitor project finances and ensure client objectives are met for every deliverable

Neelam Tewar

Founder and Strategist focused on building long-term, impact-driven businesses at the intersection of renewable energy, infrastructure planning, and capital strategy.

I am currently the Founder & CEO at Souviy Green, a renewable energy venture working on utility-scale solar power projects in Maharashtra. My work at Souviy Green centres on strategic planning, financial modeling, grid-level feasibility, and capital structuring—laying the foundation for scalable, investment-ready clean energy assets.

I lead the development of long-horizon financial models. These models are used to evaluate multiple growth and funding pathways, including private equity, infrastructure funds, and long-term public-market readiness. My approach emphasizes portfolio-level scalability rather than asset centric, capital efficiency with risk-adjusted returns over single-asset optimization, substation-wise planning, and alignment with regional energy infrastructure and policy objectives.

In parallel, I work on policy-aware and grid-conscious planning, evaluating substation capacity, land-to-grid feasibility, and regional infrastructure constraints to de-risk projects at the concept and pre-execution stage. My role is not just execution-level EPC work, but also decision-level system design, where technical, financial, and regulatory factors converge.

Alongside renewable energy, I was actively engaged in AI-driven consumer and lifestyle platforms, contributing at the strategy and product-vision level across domains such as health (mental health & internal body), personalization, and lifestyle. When I was a CMO & CSO at RizzSoc AI, I focused on aligning human behavior insights with scalable, ethical product design. Earlier in my journey, I built a strong foundation at Unicorniz Innovations, contributing to the strategy and product vision of GPU-powered XR and cloud-based 3D platforms for high-performance and simulation-driven applications.

Collaborated with top institutions like IIT Jodhpur, DRDO, Gujarat & Rajasthan Govt. and Andaman Administration (Directorate of Tourism, Culture & Arts) to advance XR and AI research.


My core strength lies in founder-level systems thinking—connecting technology, infrastructure, finance, and long-term vision to build ventures designed for durability, scale, and real-world impact.
