Managed and led pre-launch branded/unbranded planning and site launch implementation strategy for a new respiratory drug; conducted competitive monitoring with partner media agency to inform strategy and year-end planning. Additionally, managed and oversaw day-to-day tactical, on-going strategic business needs for assigned clients. Developed Point of View documents to present industry standards and recommendations for potential projects of client interest.

Oversaw day-to-day operations and strategic alignment of three key project streams for a physician-facing portal servicing over 100 products under brand portfolio. Managed development and launch of clients’ sales force training and promotion efforts, e-training programs that served as educational resources for physicians/nurses. Optimized end-to-end process for content uploads on the portal in strict accordance with Pfizer’s policies and guidelines involving multiple stakeholders.

Managed and collaborated with partner agencies for the re-launch of a global consumer and professional TV campaign. Responsible for creating business proposals, creative briefs, stakeholder questionnaires and contact reports. Program managed the Acerus Natesto® testosterone nasal gel program working with the Commercial Lead to manage the Syneos Health cross-functional teams that included market access, advertising, and medical, and effectively managed the Program’s multiple timelines, sequential liabilities, and interdependencies. Managed various complex communications including the preparation, appropriate distribution, and archiving of artifacts that included meeting actions, timelines, and deliverables.
•	Changed organization of the Acerus Sharepoint site to be easier to navigate and find materials, becoming a valuable team resource which contained the latest materials from launch through 2020 
•	Worked with the Finance Director to create a Program Manager/Commercial Lead/Finance team workflow process to follow for the creation of statement of works, invoices, and change orders

Project managed Salix Pharmaceuticals XIFAXAN® consumer and professional interactive and print projects like interactive doctor discussion guide and tearpad, key messages and co-pay card DMD emails, HE (Hepatic Encephalophy) living kit consumer hand out, and prior authorization considerations piece for both IBS-D and HE. Worked on project schedules and estimates, translations, resource allocations, project revenue forecasting/finances all in Workamajig. Managed XIFAXAN client and internal status document for client and internal status meetings.
•	Managed creation of new interactive doctor discussion guide working with UX designer, strategy, and writer to create storyboard layout that received few MLR changes that development implemented

Synchrony Medical Communications

Project managed Medical Communications advisory boards, sales workshops, investigator meetings, REMS programs, educational slide decks, implementation guides, MOA videos, and animated booth panels for sales representatives and Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs). Worked with clients like Endo Pharmaceuticals, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, and Exact Sciences providing project leadership and management support, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the status and timelines for all project tactics and communicating that knowledge with team members and clients.
•	Project managed as many as 12 projects at a time, keeping within combined budgets of $1,000,000 by regularly reviewing resource hours and addressing any project issues
•	Thought strategically and took a proactive approach to problem-solving to implement multiple tactics within tight timelines, working with Scientific Directors, writers, designers, and editors

Backe Digital Brand Marketing

Worked as a hybrid Account Manager/Project Manager on GlaxoSmithKline account development of vaccine email, banner ad, and web site campaigns. Managed creative aspects of campaigns with designers and writers, as well as coordinating technical development with developers. Communicated with client regarding budget, timing, status, and approval of projects through the process. 
•	Managed as many as 10 projects at a time keeping within combined budgets of up to $250,000 
•	Achieved 100% grade (error free) scorecard from GlaxoSmithKline three months in a row for projects submitted for compliance review

Coordinated internal project teams and agencies/vendors to manage enhancements and maintenance that ensured functionality and current content on the Pfizer professional website (pfizerpro.com) that averaged 60,000 to 70,000 visits per month. Collaborated on multimedia banner, print, and radio ads, customer relationship management (CRM) e-mail campaigns, and sales collateral to promote pfizerpro.com. These campaigns resulted in 5,000-10,000 additional visits each month.
