Led and executed integrated communication plans for one prescription to over-the-counter brand switch (Intranasal steroid) which included print and digital campaigns: sales aid and branded collaterals, national/customized pharmacy kit, conventions, websites and email development; Lead manager on a separate AOR digital business for all project streams: site updates, eDetails, micro-sites, ePocrates DocAlerts and promotional media campaigns; also included, overseeing platform migration.

Evoke Health

Managed and led pre-launch branded/unbranded planning and site launch implementation strategy for a new respiratory drug; conducted competitive monitoring with partner media agency to inform strategy and year-end planning. Additionally, managed and oversaw day-to-day tactical, on-going strategic business needs for assigned clients. Developed Point of View documents to present industry standards and recommendations for potential projects of client interest.

Senior Account Supervisor (Digital)

Oversaw day-to-day operations and strategic alignment of three key project streams for a physician-facing portal servicing over 100 products under brand portfolio. Managed development and launch of clients’ sales force training and promotion efforts, e-training programs that served as educational resources for physicians/nurses. Optimized end-to-end process for content uploads on the portal in strict accordance with Pfizer’s policies and guidelines involving multiple stakeholders.

Senior Account Manager (Digital)

Managed and collaborated with partner agencies for the re-launch of a global consumer and professional TV campaign. Responsible for creating business proposals, creative briefs, stakeholder questionnaires and contact reports. Collaborated with the project management team to facilitate internal project meetings and executions, monitor project finances and ensure client objectives are met for every deliverable

•	Led various initiatives including the standardization of job descriptions, development of Career Families and Competencies, implementation of an Onboarding Program, assessment of Performance Management Software Vendors, centralizing the Exit Interview Process and designing an Interviewing Skills Training Program.

Financeplus USA/Shared Services Center – New York (November 2014 – June 2023):
•	Directed and managed HR initiatives for startup organization, including creating formal job descriptions, designing a performance management program, collaborating with Corporate Benefits to administer leaves, led all employee integration for go-live date as business required, ensuring that all matters relating to payroll, benefits, and policy management were managed accordingly to create a harmonious transition. 
•	Promoted a positive team environment that was reflective of the organization’s culture and values – that of being open, supportive, and available for career counseling, extending support of the Employee Assistance Program where necessary for employee wellness. 
•	HR Business Partner to Leadership team collaborating on strategic initiatives relating to employee development/ coaching, change management, rewards/recognition, audit compliance/training, and data integrity.  
•	Partnered with Talent Acquisition Team to ensure practices relative to recruitment were in accordance with Group, collaborated with the Corporate Team to align the Onboarding Process, rollout of Career Conversations, assignment of Job Architecture for all job levels, conducted Workday HCM User testing, engaged in Listening Circles in follow-up to the Survey and led the rollout of the Employee Handbook, for SSC NY and SSC Dallas. 
•	Coached/mentored the People Manager in the training of the ADP Enterprise system, Policies and Procedures, overall structure to ensure a successful onboarding.

Promoted to driving the strategic and operational aspects of Human Resources for PLB Medicus of Publicis Healthcare Communications Group; including the Medicus Canada and PLB International divisions.
