Led and executed integrated communication plans for one prescription to over-the-counter brand switch (Intranasal steroid) which included print and digital campaigns: sales aid and branded collaterals, national/customized pharmacy kit, conventions, websites and email development; Lead manager on a separate AOR digital business for all project streams: site updates, eDetails, micro-sites, ePocrates DocAlerts and promotional media campaigns; also included, overseeing platform migration.

Evoke Health

Managed and led pre-launch branded/unbranded planning and site launch implementation strategy for a new respiratory drug; conducted competitive monitoring with partner media agency to inform strategy and year-end planning. Additionally, managed and oversaw day-to-day tactical, on-going strategic business needs for assigned clients. Developed Point of View documents to present industry standards and recommendations for potential projects of client interest.

Senior Account Supervisor (Digital)

Oversaw day-to-day operations and strategic alignment of three key project streams for a physician-facing portal servicing over 100 products under brand portfolio. Managed development and launch of clients’ sales force training and promotion efforts, e-training programs that served as educational resources for physicians/nurses. Optimized end-to-end process for content uploads on the portal in strict accordance with Pfizer’s policies and guidelines involving multiple stakeholders.

Senior Account Manager (Digital)

Managed and collaborated with partner agencies for the re-launch of a global consumer and professional TV campaign. Responsible for creating business proposals, creative briefs, stakeholder questionnaires and contact reports. Collaborated with the project management team to facilitate internal project meetings and executions, monitor project finances and ensure client objectives are met for every deliverable

In my private health coaching practice I helped recovering yo-yo dieters adopt a lifestyle approach to health. I specialized in making plant-based nutrition doable and enjoyable for the long term. I am particularly passionate about helping women overcome the mindsets of rigid perfectionism in favor of self-compassion and a growth mindset that will propel them forward. I help my clients “feel their best so they can give their all”. 
Working virtually I worked with clients all over the USA and have proudly served international clients in NZ, UK, and elsewhere.

Certified Health and Wellness Coach

Transformation fascinates me. There is nothing better than seeing something or someone grow and evolve. Whether it’s a piece of classical music, a child, a health coaching client, or a business, I love being a catalyst for change and triumph. 

In 2017 I got a “tap on the shoulder” that all the health and wellness information I’d discovered that helped me and my family was not just for me - I was supposed to help others be successful with it. That’s when my life as a professional music teacher and trombone player shifted to acquiring the skills I needed to help people make sustainable, healthy lifestyle changes. 

Always a psychology nerd and intrigued by human behavior and personality, going through three levels of health and wellness coaching training was a joy!

4 years later I have a thriving private coaching practice, a book published on Amazon, and now a corporate wellness company of my own. Here to be a guide and a help in creating meaningful change in small but mighty ways. 

In March 2021 I released my book: If Diets Don’t Work, What Does? This is the core of all I do! Debunk diet culture. Embrace effective habit change strategies. Empower doable, enjoyable changes in Sleep, Nutrition, Exercise, Stress Management and Mindset. Tinted with positive psychology, self-compassion and zest for life, this book is a powerful self-coaching tool anyone (especially the recovering yo-yo dieter) can use to slowly but surely improve their health & happiness. 

The next adventure is bringing this message of the LIFESTYLE APPROACH to health to a wider audience by serving small business leaders and their teams. At Advanced Corporate Wellness, our team of skilled health coaches work one on one with our clients to provide the support and guidance for adopting whatever healthy changes they are ready to work on. We meet each unique individual where they are at and help them take the next steps to thrive! 

I am an entrepreneur at heart. A mother of four, a trained classical & jazz musician, and a newly obsessed boulderer & rock climber. I love connecting with forward thinking, big hearted individuals who bring their whole selves to life and work.
