From being a volunteer for the past two years to actually exhibiting at SAME SBC 2025 in Phoenix—man, it was a blast, and it forced me to take a moment and reflect.

When I was setting up the booth, I had one goal: I wanted Kingdom's space to feel like a mini, cozy café, a genuine spot where people could just come and gather.

And it absolutely didn't fail. So many of you stopped by just to 'kick it' with me. Massive shoutout to y'all for showing up.

This conference is easily one of the highlights of my year, especially with over 5,000 incredible people walking through those doors.

More than anything, what I deeply appreciate most is the real relationships I'm able to build just by being here and exhibiting.

Shoutout again to everyone I reconnected with, and to every single new relationship that was forged.

This is Kingdom, where I am dedicated to building multi-million-dollar firms, one solid bond at a time.

Henok Tesfaye has been the Chairman and CEO of USP Holdings since 1998. Under Mr. Tesfaye’s leadership, USP has become a premier parking company in the highly competitive
parking market in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area.

Mr. Tesfaye’s efforts proved successful when USP Holdings was awarded the
multi-million-dollar contracts to manage the parking facilities at the 5 of the busiest
Airports on the East Coast, adding Orlando International Airport acquired earlier this
year.

Mr. Tesfaye is also involved, in the real-estate sector, at United Investments with
multiple properties currently in development within the DC Metropolitan Area.
Henok has been featured in multiple publications. The Washington Post described him
as “a District of Columbia entrepreneurial success store, a savvy and focused business
with good standing within the community.” This year, Henok has been awarded the
“Business Leader of the Year” by the D.C. Chamber of Commerce in its 80th anniversary
during the Chamber’s Choice Awards & Gala in October.

Henok is a Board Member at Capital Bank and the Washington Architectural
Foundation, as well as a member of numerous civic and professional associations
including the D.C. Chamber of Commerce, the Enterprise Development Group, and the
National Parking Association. Mr. Tesfaye also plays an important role in giving back to
the community. He is the Chairman of the Board of the Mary Joy Foundation USA, a
non-profit organization that seeks to help children and seniors in his homeland,
Ethiopia.

BizJournals in Washington DC wrote, “Henok’s parents sent him to the Washington
Area from his home in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, at age 16 with $50 in his pocket. The plan
was for Tesfaye – the second oldest of four – to stay with relatives in D.C. during high
school and college, then come back to Addis Ababa to start life there as a U.S. educated
young man.” In 1998, Henok did adhere to that plan by starting U Street Parking in the
United States, and in 2013, start operations at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport.
