From being a volunteer for the past two years to actually exhibiting at SAME SBC 2025 in Phoenix—man, it was a blast, and it forced me to take a moment and reflect.

When I was setting up the booth, I had one goal: I wanted Kingdom's space to feel like a mini, cozy café, a genuine spot where people could just come and gather.

And it absolutely didn't fail. So many of you stopped by just to 'kick it' with me. Massive shoutout to y'all for showing up.

This conference is easily one of the highlights of my year, especially with over 5,000 incredible people walking through those doors.

More than anything, what I deeply appreciate most is the real relationships I'm able to build just by being here and exhibiting.

These events, occurring simultaneously, underscored the fragility and the immense value of life. They deepened my commitment to being the best dad I can be and inspired me to share this passion with other men. ○ Spearheaded the launching of two brick and mortar colleges into the online venue (Miami-Jacobs and Career Technical College)
○ Helped build out budgets for fiscal years 2013 - 2015 for both online and ground campus locations, as well as all brands for online
○ Cross-trained sales staff to become familiar with the new brand offerings under Delta's umbrella
○ Effectively prepared candidates for promotion to leadership roles through direct and detailed one-on-one coaching sessions as well as fulfilling the role, making mistakes, and identifying their own shortfalls.

Southwest Airmotive Corporation

Served as Director of Sales for Southwest Airmotive, an aviation company providing full service for Pratt & Whitney Series PT6 engines.  Based in Tucson, Arizona, I ran the sales efforts autonomously, remotely from St. Louis, Missouri as well as Phoenix, Arizona after relocation.  Clientele ranged from foreign government agencies (Fuerza Aerea Ecuatoriana) to crop dusters in the SW United States.

Accomplishments:
○ Penetrated global markets in South and Central America
○ Secured largest contract in company history (Fuerza Aerea Ecuatoriana)
○ Year-to-year increase of revenue over 300% under my control
○ Trained others on sales techniques, prospecting, contract development

Thunder Aviation

Began aviation career as an Aircraft Researcher and translator, helping the company penetrate Latin American and European markets.  Grew rapidly into sales management positions, dealing in both aircraft brokerage as well as private aircraft maintenance sales. 

As a Regional Sales Manager I maintained control over all states west of the Mississippi river while leading all international sales efforts.

Key Accomplishments:
○ Orchestrated and executed the largest sale in the 12 year history of the company, a complex global transaction with an oil conglomerate based in southern Argentina ($3 Million)
○ Successfully balanced global aircraft sales operations while managing the service maintenance global market concurrently.
