I'm Mel, Coach, Author, Speaker, and Advocate for aspiring women leaders. 

My coaching practice is focussed on helping professional women build their Executive Presence and Leadership Brand, be that to establish their credibility, secure a promotion or find a new opportunity. And that's pretty much a summary of Success without Compromise....no surprise given I turned my “Brand for Success” personal coaching programme into a 5⭐️rated book. 

I have built my reputation on offering practical no-nonsense guidance to aspirational women who want to be successful in their careers without losing their identity, compromising their values or feel obliged to be something or someone who they're not.
