📌MY BIG WHY! In Nigeria, one needs to be multi-tasking in other to survive the economic inflation rate that keeps getting high on daily basis. 

Of course, being an HRM is a huge role that I love, but I had to transition into Digital Marketing World by specializing in copy as an irresistible copywriter.

I played a dual function which is an A. General Manager and Human Resources Manager, which gave me the ability to be versatile both in the company's Operations, maintenance culture, and of course, the Human Resources General Roles.

I cut down 40 % cost regarding the operations within the facility. However, most of the jobs done were done in-house with an excellent workforce that prides itself in having a strong lady to work with who is passionate about her job without missing words.

There's a moment in every project manager's career that changes everything.

You have done everything right.
The plan is solid. 
The team is aligned. 
The updates are clean.

And still, the project isn't moving.

That's the moment you realize that execution is not just about the work. It's about the environment the work is moving through.

Complex projects are rarely blocked by bad planning.

They're blocked by;
