Cingular Wireless (Currently at&t) is the leading wireless communications provider in the USA, with a vast and robust GSM/UMTS network. My territory covered the states of Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. My responsibilities and involvements were:

•	Build and expand MSC (Mobile Switching Center) locations and associated active and passive equipment, 10K Amp power plants and downstream distribution, and HVAC. 
•	Manage vendors and suppliers. Highly recognized for initiating CW’s vendor Turf Concept Program, and supplier contract negotiations, yielding 30% cost reduction.
•	Planning and budgeting capacity and initiating growth, in response to marketing and sales analysis.
•	New technology rollout (i.e. SIGTRAN, MPLS, UMTS, DWDM, CALEA, NG DACS, Soft Switches)
•	Manage a combined three-year $189 million budget to within 5%. Initiated and closed 374 POs in Oracle during 2005 alone.
•	Design disaster recovery plans. Highly recognized as a Katrina veteran, when we successfully healed the network within 96 hours.  
•	Iron Horse committee member. National New MSC design. Work with Architects and CW various teams.
•      Design and implementation member for two mission-critical data centers (4000 racks) in Atlanta, GA and Schaumburg, IL.
