דובר רבות על הינשוף הכי ויראלי ברשת, אבל מה עומד מאחורי אחת הדמויות היותר מאיימות (או לא נעימות) בעולמות המוצר, ואיך אפשר ללמוד ממנה אגרסיביות מקדמת.

הינשוף של דואולינגו לא כועס באמת,
 הוא פשוט מבין אותך טוב מדי.

 הוא יודע שממש לא תרוצו לעשות שיעור נוסף מתוך לחץ, 
אלא ממקום רגשי שמפעיל אתכם. אז הוא לא מאיים – הוא מאוכזב.
לא שופט – רק ״מזכיר״ בעדינות שהוא ממש מחכה ליחס.

הטוויסט הפסיכולוגי כאן עדין אמנם, אבל עמוק:

 דואולינגו משתמשת במה שנקרא “אשמה רכה” (Soft Guilt).
 לא אשמה שגורמת לך לברוח, אלא כזו שגורמת לך לרצות לתקן.
 המערכת לא שולח לך פוש “תעשה שיעור”, היא אומרת לך - “אכזבת מישהו שאכפת לו ממך.” וזה גאוני.

מתברר שאנשים לא חוזרים לאפליקציה בשביל השפה (או לא רק) הם חוזרים בשביל היחסים הלא ברורים (וזה נושא לפוסט אחר) והאמפתיה שאנחנו יוצרים סביב הדמות , שמנגנת לו על מפרטי הרגש ועוזרת לנו להתמיד.

במובן מסוים, Duo הוא לא דמות, הוא אמפתיה מעוצבת. הוא מזכיר לנו שממשקים יכולים להיות נוקשים, אבל חוויות - צריכות להרגיש אנושיות.

אולי זה הלקח הכי טוב למי שעוסק בעולמות המוצר, לפעמים, כדי להניע פעולה, לא צריך לצעוק - צריך לגרום למשתמש להרגיש משהו, גם אם הרגש הזה, הוא אשמה.

צייר לי.... כבשה?


בסדר.. אין כאן איור של כבשה, אבל איורים בתוך אפליקציה שמנהלת לי את הכסף? נשמע מוזר, אולי קצת תלוש, אבל בסופו של יום יצירת שטח ויזואלי שעוזר לי לחשוב, ולקבל החלטות - היתה מטרת העל שלנו בליווי של Bank Leumi בנק לאומי. 

באפליקציה העדכנית של לאומי, רצינו לייצר תחושת בעיקר ביטחון, יש לך גב בכל החלטה עסקית. אבל לא דרך צבעים כהים או הודעות מערכת מורכבות, אלא דרך שקט ויזואלי.

שטחים לבנים, איורים אנושיים, שפה פשוטה וברורה - כל אלו נועדו להוריד עומס, להפוך החלטות פיננסיות לקלות יותר, ולגרום למשתמש להרגיש שהוא שולט, לא נלחץ. עיצוב שלא רק נראה טוב - הוא גם מאפשר לך לנשום לפני שאתה מחליט.

אמנם לא זכיתי לקחת חלק בעבודה על הפרויקט, אבל זה ממש לא ימנע ממני להתרברב. קצת. Adi Chalfan Firma. Business Design
