Second role at SAP was leading the South China channel sales activity through regional and global consulting partners, managing a channel sales team and sales pipeline in one of the company's fastest growing regions.

Co-founder and head of business development for Edgilis, an engineering consultancy business focused on the infrastructure, railway and electronics industries. I did most of the selling and a lot of the hiring. We bootstrapped from 0 to over 80 employees in 5 years, expanding beyond the borders of Singapore into many emerging markets such as Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Qatar, UAE and Saudi Arabia. Our client base was composed of oil & gas contractors, airport operators, rail operators, technology vendors and construction companies. I managed the business development team, and supporting the sales effort with marketing and content development.  We sold the business in 2013 to a European technology consulting group interested in expanding in Asia.

Part of the business development team of Altran, the leading European technology consulting group. I started in London and eventually moved to the Singapore office. I helped to grow my subsidiaries' revenue by 20% and 30% year-on-year, in the UK and in Singapore respectively. As a business manager, I was responsible for my P/L and for managing the entire sales and delivery cycle, from cold calling prospective customers, to signing new clients, hiring implementation team, and finally monitoring the quality of our service delivery.
