I reorganized a team of 18 into dual-track development matrix teams with a total budget of $1.5M. I hired and onboarded a UX and engineering team as well as managed external consultants and vendors.

Highlights of my accomplishments include:

•	Served as SME to remove sales roadblocks and close six-figure deals. 
•	Created a release cycle around Sprint methodology and experimentation and prototyping. Identified, prototyped, and validated new ideas with customers in under 5 days.
•	Appointed as interim Vice President / Product Leader for the hiring process of the new VP of Product and Engineering.

I joined Emplify to lead the launch of an employee engagement analytics product. I managed a marketing spend of $200k per quarter. I performed all market research, customer discovery, enabled sales teams, and developed sales scripts. I orchestrated all facets of the product launch, from product messaging to packaging and pricing.

•	Grew the Emplify product from $0 to $5M ARR in 2 years.

I bootstrapped $650k revenue for a finance technology company that sold a SaaS product to manage property tax appeals. I garnered recognition as an Indianapolis finalist for startup of the year.

Highlights of my accomplishments include:

•	Managed targeted LinkedIn campaigns in the early days of the networking platform. 
•	Earned property tax professional certification to thoroughly understand the product and engage in effective marketing campaigns.
•	Negotiated with key clients Best Buy and Nordstrom, and implemented a creative, out-of-the box selling approach to gain downstream vendors at a premium.
•	Created and implemented a pricing model that increased average contract value (ACV) by 30% while accelerating sales close velocity from 60 to 45 days.

👋   I’m Josh and I bring over 15 years’ experience building comprehensive and strategic marketing programs in competitive markets.
