I have designed and implemented numerous Talent Acquisition strategies and programs for enterprise-wide transformation across different sectors including Financial Services, Technology, Retail, Real Estate, Web3, and many more. Delivery focus includes Sales & Pre-Sales, Web3, Cloud, Data, Modern Workplace and AI. 

I help clients achieve Talent transformation and growth into new markets through SOLA Group's ability to find and mobilize the right team to deliver for client needs. This will either be through a managed service, a retained executive search program or delivering teams at scale. Everything we do is bespoke combining the best-of-breed partners for the right solution.

Additionally, I sit on a number of boards across UAE, UK, & USA, advising companies on various strategic initiatives which typically are commercial matters, building GTM teams and turnaround projects, which I find extremely rewarding.
