I never wanted a boss. Ever. 

Since a very young age I had a problem with authority.

→ I always wanted to do my own thing. 
→ It's not that I didn't like people. I love people.  
→ I love motivating, making people laugh, and all that other fun stuff....

I just never wanted anyone telling me what to do. 

I just couldn't shake it, no matter how hard I tried.  

For the first 6 years of my working career I did the best I could, but just couldn't ignore the feeling of not wanting to work for someone. 

One day I found a blogging platform and it changed my entire career and life forever.   

9 months later, I quit my job and never looked back.  Not once.  That was back in 2007. 

I began my journey in digital media with the creation of one website which turned into an entire career of both representing and owning websites. 

To date I've never taken any investment capital and have worked with thousands of people. 

→ I was also able to work only 3-4 hours a day.  
→ It was a consistent 7 figure business for nearly 18 years (and is still going).

So what do I do now?

While I'm still involved in that space, I only spend about 30 min a day on it.

Now I do one thing:

→ Help people leverage their personal brand to grow their business, attract clients, and grow their networks. 

This is done through a 3-step framework I call I.S.E. or "Ice"

I.S.E. stands for:

Identify, Strategize, Execute

The idea is to take:

→ 2-3 needle movers (Identify)
→ Create a strategy around them (Strategize), 
→ Execute on that strategy with the support of others (Execute)

It's through this strategy you can build a brand, forge amazing relationships, and sell your product or service.

DECISIVENESS SEPARATES VISIONARIES FROM SPECTATORS

When I meet with perspective clients, I’m always clear about who is ready for their next level by one thing….

Leadership is a constant negotiation between courage and fear.

Every moment you hesitate, momentum is lost.

Indecision is a silent strangler of success. 

Because leaders can recover from wrong decisions,
But they rarely recover from hesitation.

When…
CEOs delay acquisitions
Founders hesitate on pivots
Family offices postpone deploying capital

Their competitors advance, markets shift, and once-in-a-lifetime opportunities disappear.

According to McKinsey, senior executives spend an average of 37 % of their time making decisions, yet 56 % of that time is used ineffectively.

Only 48 % of organizations believe they make decisions quickly, and the highest-performing companies are twice as likely to make decisions that are both fast and high quality.

Speed alone is not the goal.
Strategic clarity is.

Here are the strategies I teach my clients to make better, faster, and more confident decisions:

→ REDUCE DECISION LOAD
Decision fatigue will drain you, so you must audit and remove low-value choices. Automate or delegate routine decisions to preserve cognitive capacity for what truly drives growth.

→ DEFINE DECISION WINDOWS
Give every major decision a clear timeframe. The longer it remains open, the more uncertainty and emotion distort clarity.

→ REGULATE BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Calm your body before engaging your mind. Leaders who regulate their nervous system before high-stakes decisions improve accuracy and emotional control under pressure.

→ TRUST PATTERN RECOGNITION AND INTUITION
Your brain contains decades of stored experience. Neuroscience confirms intuition is often subconscious pattern recognition. Use it to guide logic, not replace it.

→ ASSIGN DECISION MAKERS
Define who holds authority, who provides input, and who executes. Organizations with clear decision makers are 6x more likely to make timely, effective decisions.

→ BUILD CONFIDENCE THROUGH MICRO DECISIONS
Make small, swift decisions daily to strengthen decisiveness. Each successful action reinforces neural pathways for conviction and builds momentum for larger calls.

→ IMPLEMENT STRATEGIC ITERATION
Review, refine, and recalibrate decisions through structured checkpoints. Leaders who combine speed with deliberate reflection improve decision quality by up to 20 % while maintaining momentum.

Decisiveness is not about rushing.
It is about clarity under complexity.
The leaders who rise are the ones who commit to action even when certainty is incomplete.
