I never wanted a boss. Ever. 

Since a very young age I had a problem with authority.

→ I always wanted to do my own thing. 
→ It's not that I didn't like people. I love people.  
→ I love motivating, making people laugh, and all that other fun stuff....

I just never wanted anyone telling me what to do. 

I just couldn't shake it, no matter how hard I tried.  

For the first 6 years of my working career I did the best I could, but just couldn't ignore the feeling of not wanting to work for someone. 

One day I found a blogging platform and it changed my entire career and life forever.   

9 months later, I quit my job and never looked back.  Not once.  That was back in 2007. 

I began my journey in digital media with the creation of one website which turned into an entire career of both representing and owning websites. 

To date I've never taken any investment capital and have worked with thousands of people. 

→ I was also able to work only 3-4 hours a day.  
→ It was a consistent 7 figure business for nearly 18 years (and is still going).

So what do I do now?

While I'm still involved in that space, I only spend about 30 min a day on it.

Now I do one thing:

→ Help people leverage their personal brand to grow their business, attract clients, and grow their networks. 

This is done through a 3-step framework I call I.S.E. or "Ice"

I.S.E. stands for:

Identify, Strategize, Execute

The idea is to take:

→ 2-3 needle movers (Identify)
→ Create a strategy around them (Strategize), 
→ Execute on that strategy with the support of others (Execute)

It's through this strategy you can build a brand, forge amazing relationships, and sell your product or service.

Whilst there are many challenges in assisting with change management and establishing new teams or settling teams into new processes, I find that the results can be really rewarding.

In this role I used my skills and expertise to assist the owner with HR, marketing, project management, PA, management, Recruitment for GPs nurses and receptionists, Advertising.
Policies and Procedures, Staff rosters.
It was a short term contract to assist a growing practice at a time where extra staff were required to allow a smooth transition while change was occurring.
It was my pleasure to assist the owners who were running two different businesses from one location with a high level of growth and change happening. It was here that I began to see I had a passion for marketing and advertising.

Case Management in a Government Department.
Processing financial applications for clients as they enter Aged Care Facilitaties. Assisting and supporting families as they transit from independent living into assisted care.
Health and Safety Member
Liaising with lawyers and accountants to gather information required for financial applications
Interpretations of deeds, trust documents, legal docs etc. (basic knowledge)
Call centre work
Entering/ updating information on specialised computer programs (UCVII, SWIFTT, DREW)
Customer service (telephone and interview) 
Navigation through multi systems, faxes, use of phone systems, emails, intranet and internet.

I’m an Empowerment Coach, currently studying to become a Nutritionist. People, health and healing are definitely my key passions in life.
