Who am I?

Before launching King Strategic Consulting, I led a business unit for a global healthcare services firm. What started as a turnaround turned into a growing enterprise that quadrupled in revenue. 

Throughout my career, I’ve developed products and built teams for start up, publicly traded, and PE backed organizations.

I have an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and reside in Nashville, TN with my wife and our twin 14-year old boys.

But a healthy bottom line felt incomplete without a purposeful and positive work culture. This led me to pursue graduate training in Organizational Psychology, the science of work and people at work. 

Blending the evidence from science with lived experience and rooted in my values as the guiding force, I have served multiple industries and organizations to establish their respective competitive advantages through hard-to-replicate cultures and talent pools. I've integrated the learnings across that journey to crystallize the characteristics and factors that helped me become indispensable to my clients' successes and impact their continued growth while accomplishing their missions.

Driven to co-create innovative yet simple solutions that stick, I work with clients to help them understand their challenges and opportunities and find contextually-optimal solutions.
