About me. 

I've been lucky enough to have had the opportunity to work + learn from talented  marketing automation and data experts internationally.

My core strength are in the strategic development and implementation end to end customer experiences using CRM, Marketing, Sales and Support automation tools. in addition, I utilise nocode and lowcode tools, integrated into systems to automate operations. 

The management of customer data through systems, is some thing that I passionate about. I attribute this passion to my technical training in healthcare informatics - where I worked to improve the flow of patient health records through systems. 

I enjoy building systems for efficient and effective revenue operations, including effective reporting systems. I thank my background in science for my ability to design reporting systems which focus on statistical significance.

- Consistently managed a client book of business totaling ~$10M in ARR. At the height, the book of business capped out at ~$20M in ARR.
- Developed and maintained an interactive Client Deliverability Scorecard for 26 client brands through Looker Studio.
- Partnered with third party vendors like 250OK/Validity/ReturnPath, Sparkpost/eDataSource/Messagebird on a consistent basis to troubleshoot and advise clients.

Deliverability Analyst

- Learned the basics of Deliverability including but not limited to reputation metrics, email authentication protocols, and various Internet Service Providers (Gmail, Outlook, etc).
- Owned a client book of business of roughly $5M in ARR as their dedicated Deliverability Specialist.
- Consistently helped client brands fully migrate their promotional email program from their legacy Email Service Providers (Salesforce, Mailchimp, Oracle, etc) to Cordial in 6-8 weeks.

- Hired on just weeks after Series A funding (employee no. ~20).
- Provided analysis around the services portion of the business.
- Created reporting for CSM team to see where billable/non-billable hours were spent.
