Notable projects during my tenure included:
- 2013 flood emergency response (including communication advice to City leadership, message development, media relations for the mayor, and social media response)
- Cities Matter advocacy campaigns during several provincial/federal elections that dramatically raised the profile of municipal issues in party platforms

In this position, I developed a proprietary media analysis database that captured select quantitative and qualitative information about traditional media coverage of Petro-Canada. The analysis of this data was presented in a quarterly report to senior communicators and executives within the company.
