My journey started in nonprofit mental health, where I supported newly sober women to rewrite their recovery stories, transforming narratives of shame into messages of courage and hope. These stories reduced stigma, built community, and inspired action.

That same storytelling magic is available to all of us. When I overcame imposter thoughts and began sharing my own leadership journey as a nonprofit ED, it sparked new relationships, invitations, and resources. And as an introvert, I was relieved to find out that I didn't need to be loud ... just clear and consistent.
