Hi! My work lives at the intersection of innovation, systems, and learning—especially when clarity feels out of reach. I’m especially 𝗴𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱, even when they can't yet name it, and creating frameworks that 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀. 

As an interdisciplinary thinker, this instinct is rooted in first principles thinking—a mindset I’ve carried throughout my career, whether I was leading root cause analysis in school systems, defining problems in federal education policy, or helping parents make sense of impossible choices. 

I've advised executive leaders, built programs from scratch, and helped organizations reimagine how they learn, adapt, and move forward—with clarity and care. This often involves deep listening, asking good questions, original synthesis, and collaborative sense-making.
