Natalia Sanyal

I work with people and organizations navigating change, complexity, and difference.

My work is grounded in a simple belief: there’s magic in the mess. Real transformation doesn’t happen when we rush toward certainty or agreement – it happens when we build the relational capacity to stay present with each other through uncertainty.

I design and facilitate conversations that help groups think together, surface what’s really going on, and move forward without sacrificing relationship. I’m especially attentive to the experience of being together – how language, pace, and presence shape whether people feel able to stay engaged or quietly disengage.

I’m a settler of European descent living, working and raising my family in amiskwaciwâskahikan (Edmonton, Alberta) on Treaty 6 territory, and I hold this context as part of how I understand responsibility, power, and relationship in my work.

I’m a cofounder of Good Talk Collective and the principal of Tilia Consulting, where I support community engagement, strategic planning, and group facilitation alongside trusted collaborators.

I also write about leadership, belonging, and what it takes to stay human in uncertain times.
