As the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner I brought a love of service to create great teams. Partnered with Cloud and CloudBlue leaders to recruit and build proactive pipelines so that hiring managers have their critical seats filled in 30 days.  Walked candidates through the hiring process and guided managers to follow a methodology that focused on a unbiased hiring selection process. Collaborated with HR leaders to improve new hire onboarding, drove and increased diversity hiring, leveraged data and influenced leaders in Ingrams hiring methodology and worked with People Operations Director to design a new career site for better employer branding. Developed recruiting project plans with HRBPs and Executives to execute and hit critical hiring deadlines. Hired and built Sales & Customer Success teams as well as Cloud Project Managers, Product Marketing and other key roles supporting the Cloud business.

Vitamin T a sister company of Aquent delivers creative and digital solutions to local markets throughout the US and Canada. Launched Vitamin T division in seven markets and led a team of 20 recruiters and account managers focused on growing digital and creative staffing revenue on the West Coast and in Texas. Tracked, analyzed, and reported client KPIs and staff performance metrics for the executive team.
Provided leadership and growth strategy for a high-volume international niche creative and digital staffing firm. Managed up to six markets across the West Coast and in Denver. Led a team of 4 managers and 16 creative technical recruiters and salespeople and grew the region to $30 million through elevating customer service, overhauling hiring strategies and tactics, and improving candidate experience.
• Worked with VT execs to revamp the internal sales recruitment process, operations, performance evaluations, and recognition programs, resulting in YOY revenue growth and decreased staff turnover.
• Launched Denver market,
