• Specializing in anxiety and panic attacks; anger management and depression has led to    successfully helping individuals overcome these issues. 
• Used Cognitive Behaviour Therapy as a guideline, I have created modules to help my clients understand issues such as anxiety, depression and anger. These modules have been appreciated by the clients helping them understand the causes of their current illness. 
• Helped many children overcome issues such as bullying; parent separation, blended families, low self-esteem and many more.
• Helped many couples deal with a majority of issues such as communication failure; infidelity; blended families; parenting to name a few.

Trainee Counsellor
I  completed my practicum with George Brown College in their Redirection Through Education (RTE) programme. RTE is the only government-funded programme in Ontario for individuals who are living with mental health and addiction issues. It offers them an opportunity to prepare themselves for either working in their chosen field of career or to continue their education to reach their desired career. These students are supported with counsellors to help them through the process of dealing with stresses associated with coming back to school, in their personal lives or any other pertinent stresses that they are dealing with. 

•	My primary role as their counsellor is to support them through these various stresses.
•	Some of my cases at present include individuals who are dealing with Social Anxiety, Major Depressive Disorder, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Eating Disorder and Substance use.
•	I use various forms of therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Techniques, Narrative therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and others to help them gain some control over their associated distresses. 
•	I conduct assessments to understand how they are living with their symptoms and to get a clearer picture of the stresses in their life.

Chandra Dental College is an established Dental College in Lucknow, India. I was a Lecturer in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery department. Conducted lectures for 3rd and final year students. Key responsibilities were

To teach students in the department regarding Local Anaesthetic procedures, instruments used and how to deal with complications.
Conducted complicated surgical procedures which the students were not allowed to work on
Went to various camps in the rural areas to treat patients
Conducted practical's in the Oral Pathology department for 3rd year students
Supervised students at various working camps in rural schools where they were taught how to deliver oral hygiene procedures.

Avadh Dental College is an upcoming Dental College in Lucknow, India. My responsibilities were to conduct lectures in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery as well as Oral Medicine for 3rd and final year students. Key accomplishments were

Increased student capacity from 25 students attending to a full attendance 
Taught clinical procedures in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery such as the instruments used, methods of operating on a patient, Local anaesthetic procedures and how to deal with complications arising from surgical procedures
Taught the art of taking a medical history, different x-ray procedures and interpretations of x-rays in the Oral Medicine Department.
Conducted practical's in both of the above mentioned departments 

Private Practice of Dr. K.K Gupta (M.D.S; During my internship period, I worked as an employee under a renowned dentist, Dr. K.K Gupta. My key responsibilities were

Diagnosing patients while developing  a good communication with them
Performing dental cleaning, root canal procedures, simple oral surgical procedures, crown placements
Part of my job was also to help him develop better communication with the younger patients
Assisted him in complex dental procedures 
Volunteered in various charitable camps in the rural hospitals to treat poorer patients

So, what stops us from making that change in life? FEAR...our mortal enemy. We let fear govern who we are and how we live our lives...AND I AM HERE TO TELL YOU THIS..."I AM A LIVING PROOF OF SOMEONE WHO OVERCAME THAT EXACT FEAR THAT YOU ARE FACING.
