Initiate &amp; Participate in Conference calls with DFS Austin on Call Calibration
Discuss Performance Management Plans with each employee individually - Plan/Review/Assess Quarterly.
Managing RS, CEC, Data Analysts, Escalation Specialists along with Sr Agents to increase the overall performance of the queue.
Aligned the concept of KC (knowledge Check) with Quality. 
Made many significant changes in the audit mechanism.

I was handling the Entire Email process and the Scrub (Analysis team for the CE metric).
Increased the Email Efficiency from 95% to 140% within 2 months.
Set up the complete Scrub process through calibrations with the Austin team. Made significant changes in the reporting thereby improving the overall CE for DFS DPA queue.
