اذا بدك الخوارزميات تقتل منشورك وما يوصل لحدا بتعمل هيدي الحركة

← بتعمل منشن لشخص أو لشركة على الأغلب ما رح يتفاعلوا مع منشورك.

هيدي اشارة واضحة للخوارزميات انه منشورك ما فيه مصداقية ولا صحة بالمعلومات اللي عم بتشاركها فتحجبه عن الجمهور وبتمنعه عن الوصول.

عملت هالاختبار اكتر من مرة على منشوراتي ومنشورات عملائي.

مثلا مبارح، شاركت منشور لعميلتي، عملت فيها منشن لشركة (عم نقدملها تحية) قلت لعله بردوا.

البوست نزل الصبح الساعة 8.

للساعة 2 بعد الضهر كان البوست ما جاب ولا تفاعل وما تخطى 66 impressions.

حذفته، ورجعت نزلته.
حقق 751 Impressions و 14 لايك.

أولا، اكتب منشور قيّم فعلا

واذا سكّرت صفقة كبيرة مع عميل كبير
↲ لأنها امرأة

يعني شكلها وجمالها بيلعبوا الدور الأبرز لصاحلها ومش لأن هي عرفت تشتغل صح!

هودي تعليقين وصلوني من متابعين على منشورين مختلفين:

الأول عن التفاعل اللي حصلت عليه على منشور راس السنة.

التاني عن الصفقات الكبيرة اللي حصلت عليها من خلال لينكدإن.

حق كل شخص يستغرب من نجاح غير أشخاص اذا مش صاير معه نفس الشي.

بس الغريب هوي المعتقد الخاطئ اللي عندن ياه انه بعالم البزنس والسوشل ميديا الجمهور والشركات هني biased لصالح المرأة

… لو شو ما عملت.

شو رأيكن انتو؟

بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للمرأة رح قدم 12 جلسة فردية ل12 رائدة أعمال بحسم 70%

لما انطلقت بالبزنس تبعي كان عندي صفر خطط وصفر خبرة

وكان لينكدإن بالنسبة الي حقل تجارب، ما بعرف شو مخبيلي.

ما كان عندي منتور أو شخص ارجعله لإسئله عن أي تحدي عم بواجهني

كان العميل اللي بيجي بيجي
والعميل اللي بروح اخسره

وكان أي رفع بالأسعار أو أي شهر جاف يخوفني ويهزني وبطّل اعرف شو بدي اعمل

ياما فكّرت استسلم
وشك بحالي: معقولة لازم اتوظف؟

بس ارجع حاول، وحاول، وحاول، وحاول...

والحمدالله بفضل تواجد استرتيجي على لينكدإن اشتغلت مع أكتر من 80 عميل ودربت أكتر من 1000 شخص.

هل لازم انت كمان تعاني الأمرّين لتصيري تتحكمي بمدخولك وربحك وعدد العملا اللي بيجوكي من لينكدإن؟

ملاحظة على الهامش: الي زمان ما بحضر مسلسلات وTV بس علقت مبارح بمسلسلين ف رح كملّن 🫣 مين متلي؟!

"أول مرة حدا بسيّف بوست الي…” وصلتني هيدي الرسالة مبارح.

م. هوي فريلانسر، بقدم خدمات كتابة السيرة الذاتية، الى جانب وظيفته.

قرر ينطلق بمشروعه الخاص معي، من خلال أخد جلسات فردية تيتعلم كيف يستخدم لينكدإن ليجذب عملا.

بآخر جلسة عملناها سوا، اشتغلنا فيها على منشوراته.

م. محتواه حلو. أفكاره جيدة. والفورما جيد.

بس المشكلة هي بالوصول للناس الصح، وجذب العملا.

يعني التحدي اللي عنده ياه هوي بطريقة الطرح، بالهوك، بالترابط، وبالنهاية.

فخصصنا جسلة لإعادة صياغة المنشورات اللي حضرّها.

نتيجة واحد من هالمنشورات:

حصل على 4 saves و9 زوار جداد لبروفايله لأول مرة من لما بلّش ينشر على لينكدإن.

فإذا كنت عم تنشر على لينكدإن بس منشوراتك ما عم بتجيب تفاعل ولا عم بتجيب عملا، ما تستسلم وما توقف نشر على لينكدإن

خلينا نقعد سوا جلسة ونعيد صياغة محتواك لينجح على لينكدإن.

اذا حابب تعرف تفاصيل أكتر عن الموضوع اتركلي تعليق أو رسالة خاصة بكلمة “محتوى”.

لاحظت انه لما بعض الزملا غابوا عن لينكدإن ورجعوا، قل التفاعل عمنشوراتن بشكل رهيب

هل الخوارزميات عم بتعاقبن أو هل جمهورن نساهن وما عاد مهتم بمحتواهن؟

رح اعطيكن تحليلي الشخصي، بناء على تجربتي وتجربة عملائي:

اغلب العملا اللي بشتغل معن بكونوا غير ناشطين على لينكدإن.

فلما ما تكون ناشط وبتفوت تتصفح الfeed ما رح يطلعلك غير منشورات من أسبوع، أسبوعين وتلاتة.

قليل لحتى الخوارزميات تفرجيك محتوى fresh

واذا بتلاحظوا، كل فترة وفترة بتتغير الوجوه عندكن على الفيد. ناس بتكون بتظهر كل يوم، بتختفي وبصير في غيرها يظهرلكن.

مش لأن هني وقفوا نشر بس لأن انتو تغيّر سلوكن على المنصة.

وصول منشوراتك متعلق بشكل أساسي:

1- بموضوع المنشور وجودته
2- وبنشاطك على المنصة.

لما تغيب وترجع، انت خسرت momentum.

ما بقى عم تكتب بنفس التفكير والطاقة وعن المواضيع اللي بتهم الجمهور، متل لما تركت المنصة، حتى لو انت مفكر العكس.

تانيا، الخوارزميات بتكون اعادت ترتيب الفيد تبعك وتبع جمهورك بغير طريقة.

فلحتى انت ترجع تظهر عندن ما فيك تكتفي بنشر محتوى “جيد”
