اذا بدك الخوارزميات تقتل منشورك وما يوصل لحدا بتعمل هيدي الحركة

← بتعمل منشن لشخص أو لشركة على الأغلب ما رح يتفاعلوا مع منشورك.

هيدي اشارة واضحة للخوارزميات انه منشورك ما فيه مصداقية ولا صحة بالمعلومات اللي عم بتشاركها فتحجبه عن الجمهور وبتمنعه عن الوصول.

عملت هالاختبار اكتر من مرة على منشوراتي ومنشورات عملائي.

مثلا مبارح، شاركت منشور لعميلتي، عملت فيها منشن لشركة (عم نقدملها تحية) قلت لعله بردوا.

البوست نزل الصبح الساعة 8.

للساعة 2 بعد الضهر كان البوست ما جاب ولا تفاعل وما تخطى 66 impressions.

حذفته، ورجعت نزلته.
حقق 751 Impressions و 14 لايك.

اذا بدك تستفيد من تفاعل أكبر على منشوراتك:

أولا، اكتب منشور قيّم فعلا
ثانيا، منشن شخص أو شركة متأكد رح يتفاعلوا معك.

أو ما تخاطر بوصول منشورك!

اذا جابت تفاعل على منشور معين

واذا سكّرت صفقة كبيرة مع عميل كبير
↲ لأنها امرأة

يعني شكلها وجمالها بيلعبوا الدور الأبرز لصاحلها ومش لأن هي عرفت تشتغل صح!

هودي تعليقين وصلوني من متابعين على منشورين مختلفين:

الأول عن التفاعل اللي حصلت عليه على منشور راس السنة.

التاني عن الصفقات الكبيرة اللي حصلت عليها من خلال لينكدإن.

حق كل شخص يستغرب من نجاح غير أشخاص اذا مش صاير معه نفس الشي.

بس الغريب هوي المعتقد الخاطئ اللي عندن ياه انه بعالم البزنس والسوشل ميديا الجمهور والشركات هني biased لصالح المرأة

… لو شو ما عملت.

شو رأيكن انتو؟

بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للمرأة رح قدم 12 جلسة فردية ل12 رائدة أعمال بحسم 70%

لما انطلقت بالبزنس تبعي كان عندي صفر خطط وصفر خبرة

وكان لينكدإن بالنسبة الي حقل تجارب، ما بعرف شو مخبيلي.

ما كان عندي منتور أو شخص ارجعله لإسئله عن أي تحدي عم بواجهني

كان العميل اللي بيجي بيجي
والعميل اللي بروح اخسره

وكان أي رفع بالأسعار أو أي شهر جاف يخوفني ويهزني وبطّل اعرف شو بدي اعمل

ياما فكّرت استسلم
وشك بحالي: معقولة لازم اتوظف؟

بس ارجع حاول، وحاول، وحاول، وحاول...

والحمدالله بفضل تواجد استرتيجي على لينكدإن اشتغلت مع أكتر من 80 عميل ودربت أكتر من 1000 شخص.

هل لازم انت كمان تعاني الأمرّين لتصيري تتحكمي بمدخولك وربحك وعدد العملا اللي بيجوكي من لينكدإن؟

أكيد لأ.

33% من الناس رح تنشط على لينكدإن بعد الافطار.
25% رح تنشط الضهر بين الساعة 12 والساعة 2.
و25% رح تنشط مأخر بالليل قبل السحور.
وبس 17% رح تنشط الصبح بين الساعة 8 و10.

الفرق مش شاسع، بس بيعطينا فكرة عن وقت الذروة والوقت الميت.

ملاحظة على الهامش: الي زمان ما بحضر مسلسلات وTV بس علقت مبارح بمسلسلين ف رح كملّن 🫣 مين متلي؟!

"أول مرة حدا بسيّف بوست الي…” وصلتني هيدي الرسالة مبارح.

م. هوي فريلانسر، بقدم خدمات كتابة السيرة الذاتية، الى جانب وظيفته.

قرر ينطلق بمشروعه الخاص معي، من خلال أخد جلسات فردية تيتعلم كيف يستخدم لينكدإن ليجذب عملا.

بآخر جلسة عملناها سوا، اشتغلنا فيها على منشوراته.

م. محتواه حلو. أفكاره جيدة. والفورما جيد.

بس المشكلة هي بالوصول للناس الصح، وجذب العملا.

يعني التحدي اللي عنده ياه هوي بطريقة الطرح، بالهوك، بالترابط، وبالنهاية.

فخصصنا جسلة لإعادة صياغة المنشورات اللي حضرّها.

نتيجة واحد من هالمنشورات:

حصل على 4 saves و9 زوار جداد لبروفايله لأول مرة من لما بلّش ينشر على لينكدإن.

فإذا كنت عم تنشر على لينكدإن بس منشوراتك ما عم بتجيب تفاعل ولا عم بتجيب عملا، ما تستسلم وما توقف نشر على لينكدإن

خلينا نقعد سوا جلسة ونعيد صياغة محتواك لينجح على لينكدإن.

اذا حابب تعرف تفاصيل أكتر عن الموضوع اتركلي تعليق أو رسالة خاصة بكلمة “محتوى”.

لاحظت انه لما بعض الزملا غابوا عن لينكدإن ورجعوا، قل التفاعل عمنشوراتن بشكل رهيب

هل الخوارزميات عم بتعاقبن أو هل جمهورن نساهن وما عاد مهتم بمحتواهن؟

رح اعطيكن تحليلي الشخصي، بناء على تجربتي وتجربة عملائي:

اغلب العملا اللي بشتغل معن بكونوا غير ناشطين على لينكدإن.

فلما ما تكون ناشط وبتفوت تتصفح الfeed ما رح يطلعلك غير منشورات من أسبوع، أسبوعين وتلاتة.

قليل لحتى الخوارزميات تفرجيك محتوى fresh

واذا بتلاحظوا، كل فترة وفترة بتتغير الوجوه عندكن على الفيد. ناس بتكون بتظهر كل يوم، بتختفي وبصير في غيرها يظهرلكن.

مش لأن هني وقفوا نشر بس لأن انتو تغيّر سلوكن على المنصة.

وصول منشوراتك متعلق بشكل أساسي:

1- بموضوع المنشور وجودته
2- وبنشاطك على المنصة.

لما تغيب وترجع، انت خسرت momentum.

ما بقى عم تكتب بنفس التفكير والطاقة وعن المواضيع اللي بتهم الجمهور، متل لما تركت المنصة، حتى لو انت مفكر العكس.

تانيا، الخوارزميات بتكون اعادت ترتيب الفيد تبعك وتبع جمهورك بغير طريقة.

فلحتى انت ترجع تظهر عندن ما فيك تكتفي بنشر محتوى “جيد”

لازم تاخد سلسلة خطوات لتعيد ترتيب الفيد عندك وعند جمهورك.

(اه نعم، نشاطك على لينكدإن بأثر على الfeed عند جمهورك.)

— خصص وقت لتتصفح لينكدإن اكتر من العادي.

← شارك محتوى جماهيري أكتر وحفّز الناس على التفاعل.

Being in a room with the Clay team and operators of France’s top scaleups wasn’t on my 2026 wishlist.

Then I got the message.

The Head of GTM at Hexa, the startup studio behind some of France’s coolest scaleups, invited 20 of the top Clay operators to a private session with the Clay team in Paris.

There was an application.

-Submit a real use case.
-Build your Clay table.
-Be ready to break it down live.

So I did.
And I got in.

Here’s what went down:

→ An hour surrounded by GTM engineers who actually build

Your ICP doesn't have a LinkedIn profile.

They own a dental clinic in Dubai.
A restaurant in Riyadh.
A law firm in Jeddah.

And everyone tells you, "Just use LinkedIn," like that's helpful.

Here's what I actually do when my ICP lives offline 👇

1. Pick the exact locations you want to target

Not "the Saudi Arabia."
Not "the Southeast."
A city. A zip code. A neighborhood.

The more specific, the better your results (Ask Claude, and it will give you the list).

2. Search for them on Google Maps

This is where they actually live.
Type in what they do + where they are.
Google Maps gives you the list.

3. Scrape it with SerpAPI

SerpAPI pulls every business from that Maps search and hands it to you clean.
Name. Address. Phone. Website. Reviews.
No manual work. No grey areas. Just data.

4. Cap yourself at 20 businesses per location

Don't go wide. Go deep.
20 per city × 10 cities = 200 leads.
In under an hour.

5. Qualify before you enrich

This is the step most people skip.
Not every business on that list deserves your attention.
Filter by whatever signal you know is a good fit for YOU.
Cut the list in half if you have to.

You want fewer, better accounts. Not a massive list of unqualified leads.

6. Now enrich the ones that make the cut

Feed the website into your enrichment tool.
Pull the owner. The operator. The decision-maker.
Get their email. Their phone numbers. Whatever you need to reach them.

Now you're not just sending cold outreach.

You're sending the RIGHT message to the RIGHT person at the RIGHT time to a company you already know is a fit.

The best leads aren't hiding.
They're just not where everyone else is looking.

Go get them.
