Hi! I'm Nadine - Strategy Partner at Tangent.

Tangent is a 100-strong team of strategists, designers and engineers helping our clients ship innovative digital products faster.

I help define the product strategy and experience across the agency's brand portfolio, developing digital solutions that meet both business requirements and customer needs.  

Throughout my career I have gained 15 years of experience in both B2B and B2C digital marketing sectors, giving me a deep understanding of customer journeys through the range of (ever-evolving) digital channels.

I pride myself on being honest, practical and hardworking, taking my work seriously but having a laugh along the way.

I joined when Friday was 5 people, it’s now 60, with 7 project managers.
 
I built the delivery practice, defined all process, templates and tools and rolled out SCRUM methodology across the organisation. 

I project managed the redesign of HSBC.com, managed a 3-year delivery programme for the Co- operative Funeralcare and customer experience vision projects for Vodafone and STA Travel. Won lots of new business including Berry Brothers & Rudd and Co-operative Legal Services.

Responsible for selection and implementation of a new timesheet and resourcing tool. Trained PM team in SCRUM methodology and ensured it was used correctly.

Responsible for company shape, delivery and operational processes. Set up Agency.com outsourcing programme. Responsible for all business metrics including utilization, revenue pipeline, gross margin, project profit. Oversaw resourcing and studio management.

Responsible for the operational health of the London office, managing up to 100 permanent and 50 contract staff and a number of outsource partners to deliver £10m annual revenue. Responsible for revenue forecasting and capacity management, operational and delivery processes, resourcing and hiring. Reported to the Global board on a monthly basis.

Director of Delivery Operations

Head of Project Management for Agency.com London. Overall responsibility for approx £10m revenue per year and 12 project managers and 3 operations staff, of varying levels of seniority. Responsible for delivery process, pitches and the Deutsche Bank account.

Managed £5m programme of work including T-mobile UK, Dulux, GlaxoSmithKline and Sainsbury’s Bank. Line management of 4 project managers and management of a team of 30 across creative and technical disciplines.
