As a Principal Architect at Presidio I am responsible for designing solutions for our customers.  For many years I have focussed on Telepresence, Business Video and Collaboration technologies.  I also support the Data Analytics practice and am a Splunk Sales Engineer designing solutions for customer applications.  Customer success is a key part of the engagement here at Presidio.  As part of that practice, we guide our customer's through the technology and purchasing lifecycle.
