I always wanted a marketing career.

But during university, I chose finance, thinking I wouldn't fit in marketing as an introvert.

A few years later, I realized I needed a change. 

As a huge believer in ‘it's never too late’…

I quit my job and started learning about digital marketing through side hustles.

Soon, I got an offer to work as a brand & shopper marketing assistant in Brussels at Neuhaus.

I remember, I was on a diet back then…

But I couldn't resist the temptation of chocolates around me.

Every day, I got to taste different kinds. (I miss those days) 

What I loved the most: getting to work in English and French every day (I used to work in French). 

My role? 

At Neuhaus, I was working on Corné Port Royal (a brand under Neuhaus):

- Created engaging B2B materials
- Analyzed the market and competition
- Redesigned packaging processes to cut costs
- Developed market analysis templates
- Launched new products, window concepts, and collections.
- Wrote 'How to' guides for the workshop team
- Supported the brand manager in marketing mix design

This role was a significant shift…

Blending my love for marketing with the joy of working in a dynamic, multilingual environment.

It showed me how new experiences can be fun and rewarding.

With over 50 years of experience SECEF, works with a diversified client base ( associations, public offices, corporate groups, subsidiaries, foundations ....). Its scope of action extends beyond the local region to the the national and international companies based in France. 

Missions: 
-Outlining risk assessments and discussing potential compliance issues with the auditing team;
-Writing audit reports for the main audit cycles and discussing the conclusions with the manager;
-Confirming accounts receivable, suppliers, taxes, accounts payable, bank accounts, with the accountants;
-Performing analytical procedures on purchases and sales revenues known as cut-off tests to confirm that each accounting entry had been related to the right accounting period.


Technical skills: 
-Good command of CADOR software;
-Good supervision of financial statements;
-Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tough deadlines.


Human skills:
-Teamwork skills;
-Better understanding of the client relationship and how it guides the good continuity of the audit engagement;
-Autonomy.

I've been lucky enough to study and work across the globe: Morocco, France, Malta, Belgium, China, Canada. Think about getting to explore the cultures, languages, and ideas from all these awesome places. That's what I did, and each place added a bit to who I am today.

In 2020, life took an unexpected turn when I had to leave China due to COVID-19. It was a tough decision, but looking back, it set me on an exciting new path. 

That's when I started working independently and exploring new opportunities.

Since then, I've worked with clients from almost every corner of the world – the UK, USA, Canada, and beyond.

Imagine the stories, the perspectives, the challenges. 

It's been an amazing ride.

Now, I'm all about blending marketing and design. 

But here's the thing: it's not just about making things look pretty. It's about telling a story, your unique story, through visuals that not only catch the eye, but also engage and convert.

I stick to what works best: being authentic, keeping it simple, yet impactful.

1-j'ai eu l'opportunité d'exercer en tant que community manager. J'ai sélectionné et modifié des photos avec ajout du logo pour les publications. En tant que community manager, j'ai programmé les dates de publication en collaboration avec le client lecentral.afterwork.sportsbar
2-J'ai développé le calendrier éditorial complet en incluant les moodboards, les publications pour chaque semaine, les quizzes et les réels pour les mois de juillet et août. Ce calendrier a été spécifiquement conçu pour répondre aux besoins et aux objectifs des clients City loft et Station Vg , citydesk et aesthetics tunisia , skill fit 
     ---Création de moodboards : J'ai planifié la réalisation de moodboards pour chaque client, Cityloft et Station Vg. Ces moodboards visent à présenter des inspirations et des idées visuelles en lien avec leurs domaines respectifs.
  ---Planification des publications : J'ai défini les dates et les thèmes des publications pour chaque semaine. Cela comprend la rédaction et la création de contenu engageant et informatif, adapté aux besoins et aux attentes des clients.

  ---Organisation de quizzes interactifs : J'ai prévu la mise en place de quizzes interactifs pour stimuler l'engagement des utilisateurs. Ces quizzes peuvent porter sur des sujets spécifiques liés aux activités ou aux produits des clients, offrant ainsi une expérience ludique et informative.
     ---Création de reels : J'ai inclus dans le calendrier la production de reels vidéo attrayants et dynamiques. Ces reels mettront en avant des aspects clés des produits ou des services des clients, captivant ainsi l'attention des utilisateurs sur les réseaux sociaux.

Stagiaire en Commerce International - Crédit Documentaire Export/Import

Je suis une étudiante diplômée en Management de l'Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG) de Tunis. 

Actuellement, je poursuis un passionnant parcours académique en préparant un Master 1 en Marketing Connecté et Communication Digitale . Ce programme m'a ouvert les portes du monde numérique en me familiarisant avec les dernières tendances en marketing digital, les médias sociaux, et les stratégies de communication en ligne. 

Pendant mes études, j'ai eu l'opportunité de mettre en pratique mes connaissances grâce à des stages enrichissants. 
J'ai effectué un stage de 2 mois au sein de la Banque de Tunisie, plus précisément au service Accréditif Import et Export. Cette expérience m'a permis de comprendre les aspects financiers et commerciaux des transactions internationales, ainsi que les enjeux de la gestion des opérations d'importation et d'exportation.

En outre, j'ai eu l'occasion de travailler en tant que Community Manager chez Bée Studio lors d'un stage d'un mois. Au sein de cette agence de communication, j'ai eu le privilège de collaborer avec de grandes marques telles que Cityloft, Citydesk, Station VG, Le Central Afterwork, Skill Fit, et bien d'autres. Cette expérience m'a permis de développer mes compétences en gestion de communauté en ligne, en création de contenu engageant, et en analyse des performances des campagnes sur les médias sociaux.

Actuellement, je continue de cultiver ma passion pour le marketing digital en tant que Community Manager et Brand Manager chez l'entreprise Mynds. Mon rôle implique la création de stratégies de contenu innovantes, la gestion de la réputation en ligne de la marque, et le suivi des indicateurs clés de performance pour assurer le succès de nos initiatives marketing.

Mon parcours académique et mes expériences professionnelles ont renforcé ma détermination à exceller dans le domaine du marketing connecté et de la communication digitale. Je suis impatiente de continuer à apprendre et à contribuer de manière significative à l'évolution du paysage numérique.

En parallèle de mes études, j'ai créé une page touristique mettant en avant les merveilles de la Tunisie à travers des images et des vidéos captivantes . Cette expérience m'a permis de développer mes compétences en communication digitale, en création de contenu et en gestion des réseaux sociaux.

J'ai également acquis une expérience concrète en gérant le compte d'une startup Claire TN, où j'ai pu mettre en pratique mes connaissances en marketing et en gestion de projet.
