═WHO I AM ═
I was obese for most of my adult life and had fatty liver, high cholesterol and borderline high blood pressure. At age 46, I came across the science-based method of 80% nutrition and 20% exercise concept to lose weight and gain health. Lost 18 kg over 4 months with decrease in body fat composition and increase in muscle mass. I believe there are many out there who would benefit from my experience, whom I like to inspire and help.

I am now at 57, and feels younger, healthier and fitter than when I was in my late 20s.
