Reflective moments of how a few Sales micro-workshops could impact lives

Brent had attended several of the Sales Workshops, based on the 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗢𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿ᵀᴹ methodology, initiated by the SIM Global Education.

Cumulative knowledge coupled by applications resulted in Brent Tan Wen Hui being his own boss today as Founder of Brand Builder Talents.

In addition, he leads a community of 800+ too, with frequent networking sessions.

What impresses me are his go-to-market actions.

His forte is helping others build brands, with special focus for high performing financial services advisors. 

It was always interesting to discover new things about myself from each of the 10 videos from Sales Symphony's 5th Anniversary!

So much to learn from the young

Yes, it could be as simple as learning to take 0.5 selfie shots, mirror reflection selfie that I learned from my daughter.

But my adulting children also taught me patience, discipline, empathy, wisdom and many more when I observed how they related with their friends and me.

I always remind myself to keep an open mind.

When I was helping out in Sunday school decades ago, the young kindergarten kids gathered to help me when we were facing very challenging situation in the class with a special need child. They showed me Teamwork and gentle love.

That humbling moment taught me to re-look at the young ones around me.

Am I willing to humble myself to learn from them?

Leadership or Entrepreneurship journey can be lonely. But you never know what the young can offer.

They may not know as much in certain areas, but their pure hearts, creative ideas and fresh insights may help us change perspectives.

Even when we may be weak, they can be our tower of strength, regardless of age.

Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.

Interestingly, when friends or business associates asked me how my eldest kid was doing, I just told them that she was graduating, job opportunities just opened up.
