- Coached high school graduates in finding the direction and possible options for University education.
- Coached parents of high school graduates to strengthen parent-child relationships.
- Strategised with parents with child between 3 to 15 years old on how to facilitate holistic development of their child.

Personal Coach

- Provided live translation for up to 10 full-days long courses from English  to Mandarin.
- Appointed as official live translator for up to 25 days long conferences with panel discussions and keynote speeches focusing on leadership, team bonding, and organisational development.

Heilongjiang Broadcast Centre (黑龙江电视广播中心）

- Served as main point-of-contact between 5 television broadcasting channels, 1 movie production house, and 1 artist management company on behalf of 3 artists with a combined fan base of 55,000,000.
- Organised physical events with up to 50,000 fans attending in-person.
- Adhoc duties include post-production photo and video editing and managing the full travel itinerary with travels between 5 provinces in China.

Artiste Manager

Mutong Shoes (Provincial Distribution Office) - Heilongjiang

- Digitalised the full accounting flow, saving at least 3 man-hours per working day.
- Closed 150 to 300 of retail sales per month, each with sale valuing at 20 RMB (lucky number shoe) to 1,500 RMB (multiple shoe at normal price).
- Managed 2 warehouse assistants.

- I have a gift of crossing the generational gap. Many people with more experience than me (> 15 years of up to > 60 years) enjoy speaking to me.
- I can speak about Psychology and Human Development by talking about food and lifestyle alone.
