NTUC INCOME is a well-known insurance company based in Singapore. I had the experience and guidance from the first generation of a family of successful financial advisers in the company to see the success and pitfalls in the financial planning cycle.

As a young entrant in 2004-2006, my role is to digitize all the 40 years of client information and ease the process of 5000 clients based on as charged medical plans in the shortest one year period. I was in the Think-tank group for new products and Company poster boy in 2006-7. I was given the chance to coach new financial consultants, and Stream-line new sale procedures and processes, as well as Spearhead outdoor campaigns and roadshows for lead generation. In 2007-2008, I started to lead on the Worksite and Commercial Insurance Advisory for Companies, dealing with Employee Benefits. In the same year, I started financial blogging and internet marketing for leads generations in the new industry. This is a very new initiative in the industry back in 2008.
