Not because diversification is "bad"

But because it’s hard to get access to things outside the stock market 

It’s hard to build strategically 

The other ~20% are diversified 

But it almost seems spread out arbitrarily in the name of diversification

Pick one primary investment vehicle (for me, it's real estate)

Go deep until you actually understand the risks and levers

Then diversify out of strength, not fear

It slows you down. If you feel a post is 80% of your highest quality effort, hit publish. 
 
6️⃣ 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺
