Biggest issue right now is adoption of AI mainly for one reason: it breaks. 

Trust erodes and then people lean away. 

What's funny is how many VCs believe that AGI and AI will solve this problem itself over time. 

Our thesis is contrarian in that someone needs to QA the AI outputs.

We believe human in the loop and humans working with AI is the future. 

It's one thing to believe it, it's another to have a wait-list of customers for it.

A next level engineer who worked with the New York Times, and the man the myth the legend Adam Kerr himself.

Deep knowledge on AI, integrations, reporting, etc. 

We are building Argo into the trust source that allows AI to run from end to end, with humans in the loop to finish the job.

We hired a business consultant that charges $2000 for 3 hours

Spoiler: it was worth it. 

Here is what they consulted on so you don't have to pay the $2000:

1. Accountability at all department heads is a must. Do what you say you'll do.
2. Look at why something didn't work, but find solutions for the future. Dont accept bad results. 
3. Hiring and having a pipeline for hiring is the key to winning 
4. Fire bottom performers, the team needs to see that it isn't okay
5. Reward top performers with crazy perks
6. Being late to a meeting is disrespectful 
7. It's about results, not effort
8. Systems are how you scale. It's not about doing the unscalable.
9. Don't promote ppl who haven't been trained as managers, even if they are top performers
10. Companies with attainable goals had much higher growth rates than those who went for goals that were too ambitious.
