Lúc ngồi phỏng vấn anh Trung để viết bài này, có một câu khiến tôi phải dừng lại vài giây:
“Trong các nhóm C-level, người làm nhân sự là người có NDA giống CEO nhất.”

Nghe xong tôi… bật cười trước, rồi im lặng vài giây.
Vì đúng quá.

Cả năm nay, một trong những việc chiếm nhiều thời gian nhất của tôi là con người.

Tôi dành hàng giờ phỏng vấn, soi gap năng lực, xây dựng bộ test kỹ năng, xây lộ trình phát triển, 1-1 với nhân sự và tự hỏi mỗi ngày:
“Làm sao để đội ngũ này lớn lên cùng với tổ chức mà mình đang xây dựng nên?”

Làm việc với startup nhiều, tôi hay nói vui rằng mình là “first-time founder 1 lần, nhưng học bài của 10 lần”.
Và thật lòng mà nói, tôi cũng thường phải nhắc chính mình — và cả core team:
“Thông cảm cho chị nhé, mới làm CEO lần đầu!”
Nửa đùa, nửa thật. Nhưng đó là cách tôi nhắc mình không hoàn hảo, và đội ngũ cũng không ai cần phải hoàn hảo.

Một lần khác, khi phỏng vấn sâu một khách hàng — một serial entrepreneur với 3 lần khởi nghiệp và exit — anh nói một câu khiến tôi nhớ mãi:
“Nói thật, anh nghĩ làm product gì cũng được. Quan trọng là mình làm việc với những người như thế nào thôi.”

Trên hành trình này, con người vừa là thách thức lớn nhất, vừa là câu trả lời đẹp nhất cho bài toán “trưởng thành” của tổ chức.
