  • 𝟬→𝟭 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀: Launched multiple cards at CBD Now, including a Netflix subscription‑led cashback card and everyday rewards products, and co‑led acquisition/migration of SAMBA’s local credit card portfolio.
  • 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲: Scaled a ~$14B credit‑card portfolio to 8M+ users with +22% balance growth through real‑time growth engines and targeted retention.
  • 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀: Built a unified Credit Line Increase engine (8 hours → 30 minutes) with 100% offer parity—saving ~$3M in marketing spend and cutting customer wait times to near real‑time; designed gamified rewards and intro‑APR experiments driving +18% engagement / +12% revolve revenue.
  • 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 & 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗱: Worked on Simplylife at ADCB (branchless/app‑first lending and cards) and at Credit One Bank built modular credit APIs for “second‑look” embedded credit offers, laying foundations for BaaS.

Currently, I’m the Fractional Head of Product at BON (boncredit.ai), an AI‑native credit platform building CredGPT—a personal AI guide that helps Gen Z make smarter credit card decisions. I shape credit coaching, nudging frameworks, and responsible‑AI guardrails so agentic AI recommendations translate into real improvements in financial health, while laying the groundwork for a future credit marketplace.
