After successfully entering the 100% Club for 15 out of 18 years in corporate sales and leading sales, enablement and marketing teams spanning $300 million annually, I launched my first company in 2015. 14-months later, I did a 7-way merger and formed Vengreso. We became the world's largest digital sales prospecting training company by 2022 having collectively trained over 100,000 sellers.

Because of our remarkable success, the Miller Heiman Group—renowned as the world's largest sales training company—made history by hiring an outside sales training firm for the very first time in its 43 years. That was us, Vengreso.

In 2020, we took another bold step by launching FlyMSG, a 9-1 free SaaS tool. The FlyMSG suite includes an AI writer, grammar corrector, text expander, social post generator, smart LinkedIn Commenting, sales prospecting training and AI sales role-play & coaching.

To fund the SaaS play, I raised between 2022 and 2024, nearly $1 million in venture capital. This was to help transform the company from a service provider to a SaaS business.

In 2025, I led the company to its first acquisition of SalesGuruPro.com a SaaS based AI sales role-play and coaching platform.

Fast-forward to today, and FlyMSG® helps knowledge workers improve their writing and online engagement. For sales teams, we are increasing buyer-seller engagement, sales pipeline and boosting sales call bookings.

Today, FlyMSG saves our users over 30 hours each month and has typed over 2 billion characters.

Under my leadership, the company has taken home 6 Gold 🥇 Stevie Awards in 8 years, including one for FlyMSG Innovation. I couldn't be more proud of our achievements.

Every job I lost eventually led to something bigger.

But while I was in the crucible? It didn’t feel that way.
