I rarely post about personal issues here, but this experience with airtel has been frustrating enough that I feel it needs to be shared.

I’ve been using Airtel postpaid for over a year. In January, one of the numbers in our family plan started having SIM issues (possibly damaged). When we went to the Airtel store, we were told that the SIM was registered under a different name and therefore couldn’t be replaced.

That claim itself was incorrect. The SIM was actually under the same person’s name. Despite explaining this multiple times, the store wasn’t able to resolve it.

So we contacted customer care and were advised to remove that number from the family plan through the Airtel app and change the plan accordingly. We followed their instructions, and the executive confirmed that the number had been removed from the plan.

However, when the bill arrived, the issue started.

Instead of removing the number, Airtel billed us for the original 3-SIM plan and added the 4th number again as an add-on.

We immediately contacted customer care. Multiple times.

Each time, we were told:
“Your issue has been noted. You will receive a callback with a resolution.”

No callback ever came.

Now in March, the same incorrect billing has happened again.

When I contacted support today, I was told there is "no record of any complaint from the past two months", which is shocking considering how many times we reached out.

Only after insisting did they agree to “raise a new complaint”.

At this point it feels less like a mistake and more like a system that simply hopes customers will give up.

I’m sharing this not just for myself but for anyone else who might be facing similar issues and struggling to get them resolved.

I hope someone from Airtel can actually look into this and resolve it properly.

Oaten is built around a simple but powerful idea:
quiet strength & steady fuel.

In a crowded, performance-driven food market, the goal was to create a brand that feels grounded, intentional, and emotionally resonant - not loud, not hype-driven, but sustainable in both positioning and design.

Most DTC brands don’t have a traffic problem.
They have a trust problem.

If the first 3 seconds don’t build trust,
