I'm a Social Psychologist (PhD), researcher, mental health in the workplace expert and senior level international Human Resources professional with more than 20 years of experience in HR. When in academia my research focused on physical and mental health determinants for minority populations. Wellbeing is my jam! Which includes writing on the topic for major magazine outlets - The Guardian, Yes! Magazine, Pipe Wrench, etc.  I also keynote for conferences on topics of wellbeing, including: psychological safety, mental health in the workplace and trauma informed management.
