I am an international motivational speaker. I have been motivating audiences for the last 14 years and have worked with some major organisations such as AIG Insurance, Covetrus, PWC, SKY and Tottenham Hotspur’s Football Club along with speaking in over 500 schools, colleges and universities.

I’ve had the honour in that time of empowering over 100,000 people and I’m still going strong.

Some of the content I see online lately…
WOW.

People are doing everything except being themselves.

Meanwhile me?

Not jumping off rooftops.
Not pretending to cry for “motivation”.
Not renting a Lamborghini for story time.
Not filming with a ring light at 3am whispering “rise and grind”.

I’m not built for that.
And honestly… neither is my integrity.

Here’s the truth:

Real content hits harder than staged confidence.

People don’t want a performance, they want a person.

Someone relatable, someone genuine.

Someone whose message still lands when the camera’s off.

So if you ever see me doing some wild, out of character nonsense online…

Just know:

My account’s been hacked.
Call the police.
Ring my mum.
Do something. 😂

15 years in the speaking industry taught me one thing…

Your voice is more powerful than your fears.

Here’s the best public speaking advice I can give anyone who wants to step on stage:

1. Clarity beats charisma - You don’t need to be the loudest or the funniest, you just need to be understood. Speak with intention, not performance.

2. Stories win hearts; structure wins minds - A great story makes them feel you. A clear structure makes them follow you. Combine both methods.

3. Reps > confidence - Confidence doesn’t come before you speak. It comes because you speak.
The more you speak, the better you become.

4. Purpose kills fear - When your message becomes bigger than your nerves, the nerves lose their power.

5. Don’t chase perfection, chase connection - Perfect speakers are forgettable. Authentic speakers are undeniable.

If you want to become a speaker… start today. Not when you “feel ready.”

Ready is a result of doing….not waiting.

How to help students succeed in their exams….


So many students allow pressure hijacked their thinking.

Here’s what I tell every student I work with:

Exams don’t expose intelligence.
They expose preparation under pressure.

The students who perform best aren’t always the smartest in the room.

They’re the ones who practised when it was boring.

The ones who revised when no one was clapping.

The ones who trained their mind to stay calm when it mattered.

If you’re sitting exams soon, remember this:

• You don’t need to know everything, you need to know enough
• Panic steals marks, calm gives them back
• One bad question does not ruin an exam unless you let it

Breathe.
Move on.
Collect the easy marks first.

This isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about being prepared.

Trust the work you’ve put in.
Then show up and do your best.

Having strong communications skills are the backbone for success in the workplace but public speaking and presenting in front of people is said to be the biggest fear people have according to many studies. 

You can clearly see the clear problem emerging…

This is why it is my life mission to enable professionals overcome their fears of speaking in the workplace so that they can excel and accelerate in their careers. 

Long gone are the days where hard skills are the most important thing when it comes to your job. Studies at Harvard university state that 85% of job success come from strong soft skills. Why neglect a skill which is so important for your growth? This is where I come in, I help my clients enhance their public speaking and presenting skillsets so that they can dominate in the workplace. 

To give you context on myself, by day I am a project manager at IBM where I do a lot of speaking whilst i am leading projects and as well as this, I am a speaker, having the privilege of speaking across the country, speaking at some reputable companies such as Microsoft + IBM as well as some prestigious institutions such as UCL, Imperial, the University of Warwick, Kings College amongst many others. As well as this, I run a business with my friend Jonathan named Purpose Led.  We run workshops in universities, schools and corporations to help professionals walk in purpose. We also have a Top 5% biggest podcast in the world!
