Hey, James here! I quit my VP of Sales job in 2023, just 3 months before our first baby was due to start The Revenue Enabler. 

I’d grown StaffCircle's ARR 1,000% and customer base from 12 to 175 through several funding rounds, then left to turn an underperforming team around that sold to the world's largest brands. That team went from 11% win rate to 57%, and the full team went from missing the target to going through the target and some sellers doing 240% of their number. 

My secret to all of this is an obsession with closing seller skill gaps. 

You see, nobody gets a degree in B2B sales. 

So we work with reps and sales teams to identify their biggest areas for improvement and then run highly targeted, outcome-focused training programmes to close those skill gaps. 

A recent case study with SEP2 shows the real impact the right training partner can have. Revenue is up 45%, win rates have improved by 75%, and their average deal size has grown by 31%. 

When your reps' skill gaps are closed, you really can grow revenue without having to grow headcount.
