Oh, sometimes they even come to you to buy!

If you're on the buyer side, it is even easier to say it is easy.

"They just show the product, send a quote, anyone can do it"

But here is the part they don't see:

- You get rejected every day
- You lose deals to competitors
- Prospects ghost you after 4 calls
- Legal stalls your contract for weeks
- Champions go silent before signing

Competition is bigger than ever.
Everyone is building fast now.
Buyers have more power than ever.

Sales isn’t easy.

It just looks that way when it’s done right.

What would make you reply to a cold message?

LinkedIn is full of sales hacks.
(you have to be careful)

Not saying they're all bad.

But not all will be valuable for you.

Here's why:

- Sales cycles vary
- Deal sizes matter a lot
- Your company stage matters
- Industry dynamics are different
- Buyer personas react differently
- Your strategy has to match your motion

In other words, there’s no silver bullet.

Sales is a game of understanding.

Build playbooks that fit your motion.

What tactic did you try that didn’t work for you?

Sales is guiding prospects.
Not pushing your product.

It is helping prospects make the best decision.

Even if it means:

- Selling a lower-tier plan
- Walking away from the deal
- Recommending a competitor
- Saying “now’s not the right time"

Yes - sometimes it'll feel stupid.

Yes - your manager might hate you for this.

But buyers remember when you do the right thing.

That’s how you win long-term.

 It is how trust is built.

Agree or disagree?

Every rep talks about the booked meetings.
(Few talk about revenue.)

Sales = revenue generation. 

-Not activity.
-Not meetings. 

Booked meetings don't mean anything if you can't close. 

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝘆:
"If you don't book meetings, you have nothing to close."

Leads are not only generated through outbound. 

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲:

-Inbound 
-Referrals 
-Or other channels

But none of it matters if you can't close.

Yes - If you never prospect,
Your success depends on someone else’s work. - That's true

Here's the thing:

𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗱:

- Right channel 
- Relevant person 
- Good messaging.

𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴:

- Securing real commitment
- Navigating internal politics
- Uncovering painful problems
- Dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Proving you can solve their problem
- Handling objections under pressure

Money commitment > time commitment.

You won't win anything until the money is in your account.

Of course, each step is important as they cannot be separated.

A good salesperson should generate a pipeline, too.

A pipeline without closing is a waste.

Closing without a pipeline is a fantasy.

But I'm asking you;
