As Communications Manager at Merry Hill Shopping Centre, I was responsible for both internal and external communications for the entire compound.

This included all B2B & B2C communications, dealing with all major Shopping Centre Management Departments, as well as dealing with local councils and NGOs for Corporate Social Responsibility projects.

Further highlights included launching an all new children's play area, dealing with local and regional media, PR crisis management, designing, editing, and distribution of the internal and customer monthly magazines, and negotiating and finalising deals for media space within the shopping centre.

Stafford Miller Ltd.

As Marketing Executive, I was responsible for Stafford Miller Ltd's Sensodyne and Paradontax toothpaste brands. My main responsibility was to use accurate forecasting methods to maintain stock control and remotely ensure optimal operational logistics and between the production centre and our global distribution partners. 

Using sales data from 14 territories and forecasting calculations, I guaranteed that the factory produced adequate supplies of both brands, in the correct SKUs (tube & packaging), which were then shipped to the respective territories.

Highlights include successfully launching Sensodyne Whitening toothpaste into over 12 territories around the world simultaneously.
